Family trip Innsbruck 2023

Central location for Innsbruck. Accessible to public transport. Good kitchen facilities.

Stairs were steep and tight, especially when travelling with luggage.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean and tidy

There was no light in the kitchen. We asked for this to be replaced and after a response for the hosts this was not completed. Also the WiFi was not working as described and it took us many days to sort this out

There was so much problem with hot water. After one person taking shower, for next person there was no hot water left. It was really annoying.

The apartment was within walking distance of the centre of Innsbruck. The apartment was cheap and had a nice balcony. The bathroom was a little bit old and the room was small for four people, but we did not mind. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely visit again.

Kitchen faucet was flipping around and water temperature unpredictable (easy to burn yourself).

Close to the city but...

The apartment is really close to the city, which was really nice! The small message to welcome us was appreciated, as well as the fact that we could enter the apartment by ourselves :) the terrace was nice and silent too!

The apartment wasn't well cleaned (dust everywhere), the towels were really rough, and we did not have many cooking tools (specially cutting boards, knives, pots and pans). The stairs leading to the apartment are short and the stair's roof is low (I'm 1,60 and I had to bend down at times!).

Sehr schlimm, nie wieder - das booking solche Anbieter erlaubt ist nicht verständlich

Super respektloser Gastgeber, beleidigt auf normale Fragen, niemals hier buchen. Noch nie sowas unfreundliches unverschämtes erlebt. Musste Not gedrungen stornieren und was anderes suchen.

Mooie ligging, maar zeer lage woonkwaliteit voor de gevraagde prijs

Centrale ligging.

Niet geschikt voor meer dan 2 mensen. Er staat 1 stapelbed met 2 slechte matrassen en 1 basic plooizetel van zeer povere kwaliteit waar je niet met 2 personen kunt op slapen. Kook faciliteiten beperkt, de oven die er zou zijn was er niet.
