Welcome to Casa Adara. our amazing villa with a large swimming pool!
A magical place designed for enjoyment and relax in the Maspalomas area. It has a private pool (10m x 5m) with heated pool included, barbecue, soccer and tennis court, children's play area ... The outdoor area has artificial grass on its entire surface, very pleasant for the day a day. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the house.
Our accommodation is located in a very quiet area and just 15 minutes from Maspalomas Beach. It is separated into different totally private areas.
The exterior and the most spectacular area has artificial grass on its entire surface (very pleasant to walk barefoot, play or simply lie down and enjoy the sun) and consists of:
- Heated pool of 10x5 meters with 12 sun loungers and a dining table. (Delimited access with safety gate for child protection)
- Barbecue.
- Chill-out area.
- Space with games for children.
- Soccer court.
- Tennis court.
- Basketball basket.
- Ping pong
- Private parking for several cars.
The main part consists of:
- 1 bedroom with a 1.80x2.00m double bed, dressing room and smart TV.
- 1 bedroom with double bed 1.50x2.00m and bathroom with shower.
- 1 bedroom with two 0.90x2.00m single beds and bathroom with shower.
- 1 bedroom with two bunk beds of 1.90mx0.90m and dressing room.
- 1 bathroom with shower
- Dining room with table for 14 people.
- Living room with smart TV and sofa bed for two people.
In addition, there is a spacious kitchen with large windows to enjoy the wonderful landscape. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher and kitchen utensils, a dining table and a bar, as well as direct access to the terrace and pool area.
In the upper part and with independent access, there are two private cabins with independent terrace, deck chair, outdoor dining table, bathroom with private shower each, smart TV and air conditioning. One of them has a double bed of 1.50x2.00m and the other two single beds of 0.90x2.00m.
The beds are of the highest quality so you can relax and have a great rest.
Cots and high chairs are available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Baby cot and high chair will be provided only on request.
A total of 12 people can be accommodated in beds plus 2 on a sofa bed.

We rented villa adara for a family holiday, we had a fantastic time here, could not fault the villa or Pablo as he's was only a phone call away if we needed him, was very helpful when we arrived, would highly recommend.

Peaceful area with well equipped villa providing plenty of space and entertainment value especially for young children. Pablo was easily available. Would consider returning in the future

Stunning villa exactly like the pictures. Perfect for families. Would definitely recommend renting a car as it’s a bit out of the town. Great welcome and tour given by Pablo. Everything was clean and had everything that you’d need. Pool was clean although not heated but I think that’s at additional cost anyway. Each room is in its own wee area so plenty of space to get time away it you’re in a big group. Excellent for children. Lots of safe areas to play and toys. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!!
