Apartamentos Cordial Mogán Valle

We liked the location nice and flat to walk to the beach and sea front. Buses to get to other locations and the water bus to Puerto Rico. The Staff are great and very helpful. Breakfast very good. We will be going next year..

What is needed is a safety rail in the apartment shower.

Great hotel for kids. We travelled with our 2 young kids and they loved the min disco, the kids water play area and the soft play. rooms are large and the balcony is huge.

the beds are 2 singles pushed together which is very common nowadays but a double bed is preferred for us.

Splash park is excellent for young kids. There's also a lovely baby pool beside the big family pool. There are plenty of facilities nearby - supermarket directly across the road, plenty of restaurants and a lovely stroll down to the marina.

We were on the 9th floor - there's no direct lift and so you had to take at least 4 lifts depending on where you get out at each lift. It was a maze to get up and down - 153 steps in total. We have 2 young kids using a buggy so realistically it was not suitable. I did request that we were not too high up beforehand and they did email me to advise that they would do their best to accommodate us but upon arrival we were told that they actually don't have any 2 bed apartments lower down. All their 2 beds are on the higher levels. Sometimes the lifts didn't work so we then had to carry buggy a couple of flights. Unfortunately because of this I would be reluctant to stay again until the kids are older and can manage steps easily! A real pain when you forget something once you get down to the ground floor!!! Another negative aspect that we found was, although the splash park was super for the little ones, the family pool is very deep all over - 1.3 metres and therefore not suitable for children who are not very confident swimmers. The other 2 pools in the complex are also deep so it would be nice if there was one pool with a shallow end. Apart from that, the location is good with great facilities nearby and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
