Apartamentos Cordial Mogán Valle

This was the perfect location for our holiday. Kids loved it, and we had an apartment right next to the kids pool which was cleaned regularly and had everything we needed.

The cooker is more like a microwave than an oven.

Good sized 2 bedroom apartment for family of 5, good facilities, good position for port and bus station.

More suited to younger children, could do with more bar and snack areas closer to pools. Limited space for sun loungers. Some rooms a good walking distance to any facilites. Breakfast needed to start earlier.

It was clean and well maintained. It was very pretty with plants and trees all around the grounds. The staff were all super friendly. The facilities were great. The food was exceptional with a great choice, even for the kids and for vegetarians.

Splash park is excellent for young kids. There's also a lovely baby pool beside the big family pool. There are plenty of facilities nearby - supermarket directly across the road, plenty of restaurants and a lovely stroll down to the marina.

We were on the 9th floor - there's no direct lift and so you had to take at least 4 lifts depending on where you get out at each lift. It was a maze to get up and down - 153 steps in total. We have 2 young kids using a buggy so realistically it was not suitable. I did request that we were not too high up beforehand and they did email me to advise that they would do their best to accommodate us but upon arrival we were told that they actually don't have any 2 bed apartments lower down. All their 2 beds are on the higher levels. Sometimes the lifts didn't work so we then had to carry buggy a couple of flights. Unfortunately because of this I would be reluctant to stay again until the kids are older and can manage steps easily! A real pain when you forget something once you get down to the ground floor!!! Another negative aspect that we found was, although the splash park was super for the little ones, the family pool is very deep all over - 1.3 metres and therefore not suitable for children who are not very confident swimmers. The other 2 pools in the complex are also deep so it would be nice if there was one pool with a shallow end. Apart from that, the location is good with great facilities nearby and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
