We have been coming for several years and always like it a lot. The pool is very nice and the apartment is comfortable.
Accidentally I booked an apartment that it's behind the reception and does not have pool view. It's supposed to be a premium apartment but it's definitely less nice than the other ones with pool view.

Clean, pretty, good space, lovely pool and area. Pleasant staff
We had an issue with the electrics first night and couldn’t not get hold of anyone until 10am next day. We eventually found the fuse box but would recommend this is signposted as we had to move the fridge to get to it.

Location is great, most of the complex is excellent.
We made a mistake and booked a studio with garden view that was not showing in photos when booking. Disappointed our accommodation didn’t look like the photos. If it had been clearer what we was booking I would not have booked.
First time this type of problem in Canaries.
Photos of the garden view should be made clearer.
