When we stepped in we were met by a the reception guy. Not sure what his name was. But he amazing. Showed us to our apartment and made sure we were comfortable. Very helpful.
The clean staff was friendly and also very helpful when we needed something.
The property is absolutely built. The apartment was clean and everything was great. Will definitely stay there again.

We have been coming for several years and always like it a lot. The pool is very nice and the apartment is comfortable.
Accidentally I booked an apartment that it's behind the reception and does not have pool view. It's supposed to be a premium apartment but it's definitely less nice than the other ones with pool view.

Location is great, most of the complex is excellent.
We made a mistake and booked a studio with garden view that was not showing in photos when booking. Disappointed our accommodation didn’t look like the photos. If it had been clearer what we was booking I would not have booked.
First time this type of problem in Canaries.
Photos of the garden view should be made clearer.
