The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Carmel is lovely and kept our room spotless.
Great size fridge/freezer and equipment for self catering. Very quiet and chilled environment if that's what you're looking for.
Advertised as a family complex but there were no other young children during our stay. We also had some very miserable neighbours who clearly should have been staying at an adult only complex. We felt like we couldn't talk above a certain level. However, the rest of our neighbours were friendly and welcoming of our 4 year old.

The key collection process was very easy and straightforward on arrival. The property is within walking distance of everything you need, yet far enough away that there was very little noise. The accommodation was very clean both inside and out, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable.

The staff were very warm and friendly and easy to contact. The landscaping on the premises were also very scenic and pleasant to walk through. The neighbourhood cats were also very cute.
The rooms were a little smaller than I expected from the pictures, but it didn't affect my stay.
