Dům se nachází na výborném místě Maspalomas - je to kousek na hlavní ulici, kde jsou spousta obchodů a restaurací. Zároveň je to asi 10min pěšky na pláž. V okolí lze snadno parkovat, rezervované parkovací místo tedy nechybí. Dům je vybaven vším potřebným, jsou tu mycí i prací prostředky a základní koření. Na uvítanou jsem dostali víno, vodu a chipsy. Velmi milý a ochotný hostitel.
Pouze drobnosti - hůř odtékající odtok v jedné z koupelen (než jsme si toho všimli, vytopili jsme celou koupelnu), nedovírající branka (musí se vždy zamykat), v jedné z ložnic není okno.
