Bungalows Cordial Biarritz

Location is perfect and so is the place its very relaxing.

Only thing I can fault is personally I like a drink by the pool before I go out and about unfortunately the pool bar shuts at 1700 weekdays.

A really nice place in an excellent location for the yumbo centre where we spent most of our time. It was clean, excellent facilities with a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and a hotel bar. Reception and bar staff were lovely and helpful. The bungalow was huge with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed which slept 5 of us. Lovely garden areas around each bungelow. Breakfast was really tasty.

There’s nothing I didn’t like, but there are one or two things that could have maybe improved our stay. * the option of all inclusive for a few extra euros a day, in line with other hotels would have been nice. * the bar didn’t open until 12.30 every day, giving them to clear away breakfast time. Opening times of the bar could have been extended to allow for those not wanting breakfast and just want to lay around the pool in the morning with a drink or icecream. * no night staff, you have a key to the side gate. But I often worried if my key didn’t work when coming home late, I’d be stuck. This however didn’t happen, so worried for nothing. * the pool was a little cold, but bearable, but part of the pool was heated, but you wouldn’t have thought so. I only used the pool once (early March), so I’m sure this isn’t a problem in warmer months. Overall a really pleasant stay, we enjoyed it, felt comfortable, secure and enjoyed the facilities, and I would stay here again. The above points would have just improved it further.

The Complex was great, apartments well laid out with plenty of room, well maintained and plenty on offer.

The Apartment seemed a little run down, with paint peeling from the walls. Our apartments was the furthest away from the main reception with only one access point. Water was only warm after running the tap for several minutes. The property is of a good size, but could do with an update

The bungalow was clean and spacious. The pool and garden area were nice. Easy car parking. Restaurants, supermarket close by.

We arrived after 4pm but had to wait half an hour to get into the accommodation. The Saturday night was very noisy. Loud music from the surrounding area until after 3am. A few more options for breakfast would have been nice. Worst coffee ever.
