Ihan ok.

In general we were very happy with the villa. The villa is spacious, having 3 separate bedrooms, very nice kitchen and living room. It has lovely oriented terrasse next to the swimming pool, where the sun is shining from the morning. The swimming pool was simply lovely. We asked for extra heating (for extra cost) and it was fantastic choice. The temperature was excellent during the whole days and evenings.
The host was very kind and responsive. We did not need much but we felt that if anything would have been needed, he would provide a solution very quickly.
The location of the villa is a bit further from the beach and the main promenade but on the other hand it is located in the calm area of Sonnenland. The only small inconvenience was the ongoing construction of another villa just next to ours. But as soon as the construction is finished, the area will be very calm again.
We would be very happy to return back.
