Salt Apartments Tivoli

Todo, apartamentos completamente reformados, todo limpio y bastante completos. Personal amable y resolutivo en todo momento.

El sistema de apertura de llave por bluetooth a veces da fallo, en nuestro caso solo se pudo usar desde el móvil android, siendo imposible el uso desde el iPhone, estaría bien que se solucionara eso. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

La tranquilidad, la piscina.

Everything was very good and high quality service in this place, but what I valued the most, is the staff: very nice and helpful people. I didn't need to meet anybody to get the keys, everything was smooth since I arrived. Javier was of much help, he was in contact all the time, he explained to me step by step how to get the key, and even for me that I am not good with new technology, it was very easy. He always replied very quickly when I needed something. The apartment is very clean, and the kitchen has the necessary tools to cook a basic meal (Ideal for vegans since there are no many options in the restaurants). The beach is just 100 m walking from the apartment and I was able to see the sea from my balcony (I was in a second floor), the swimming pool is clean and there are some comfortable chairs around the place to sit and read or just relax. One big supermarket around the corner, the bus from the airport only one block away from the apartments. If something is needed, Emily is around and she is very nice and can help immediately. There was coffee in the apt, big tv screen and air conditioning in the main room. I travelled for my birthday and I received a beautiful message on the day, this was the extra mile, thank you so much!.

El alojamiento tiene las instalaciones recién reformadas y muy bonita decoración. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a la playa y dar paseos.

El alojamiento no tiene recepción por lo que, cumplir las normas por parte de los huéspedes es complicado. En el fin de semana, un grupo de huéspedes decidió poner un altavoz de música en la piscina y ya se perdió toda la calma y el relax que íbamos buscando. Generaba una situación que se sentía incómoda entre las personas que estaban en la piscina. Por otro lado, el apartamento reformado pero la acústica en el interior es horrible. Cuando el apartamento de arriba iba al baño, lo oía todo, parecía que el agua de la cisterna te iba a caer encima cuando estabas dormido en la cama, se oía muchísimo los arrastres de sillas, de muebles... resultó muy incómodo.
