A nice pub in the centre of Kettlewell. All of the staff were excellent and the food very good indeed.
Its not perfect but the staff more than make up for it.

The Blue Bell was exactly where I needed it to be, and stepped in at the last minute when another reservation had failed. The staff were friendly and effective. I appreciated in particular the availability of parking.
What? No honey or fresh fruit available at breakfast? Shock, horror!

The pub is characterful and charming in a pretty village setting. The food was marvellous.
Our room was below another in which the guests were up and down all night. I’m not criticising the hotel for the behaviour of other guests, The problem was that there’s no noise insulation.! Every footstep every toilet flush and even conversation was loud enough in our room to be a problem even at 3am. Also the room was relatively small and the bathroom very small.
