Fabulous Family Apartment

Fabulous apartment and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location with the beach right in front of the apartment. They have their own umbrellas and loungers free of charge for all guests. Restaurants and supermarket in walking range. If you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place!

Truly Magical - do yourself a favour

Location, Location, Location. - If we could give a rating higher than this we would, - Staff (Petra and Ante) were fantastic and extremely helpful, - Very clean and great facilities both within the apartment and at the private beach, - The adjoining restaurant (CIBUS) was great for breakfast, lunch or dinner, - Quiet and peaceful and family friendly, - The apartment is very spacious.

Overall, I am happy with my stay and the quality

The location is fantastic, just a couple of minutes from the beach! There were always free sunbeds, and it only took 2 minutes to walk back to the room. There are also great restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious with an amazing terrace and a stunning sea view. The mattress was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. It was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a relaxing holiday without crowds

Overall, the stay was wonderful and I honestly wish it could have lasted longer. The things I didn’t like were quite minor. For example: • There is a coffee machine with complimentary coffee, but no cup that actually fits under it 😅. (I ended up using a glass from the bathroom to make my coffee, so not a big deal.) • The included breakfast only covers coffee from the machine, and all the milk options there are extremely sweet. If you like sweet coffee — it’s probably a plus, but for me, it wasn’t great. I had to buy cappuccino separately every day because sweet coffee is not my thing. • The apartment isn’t cleaned during your stay. There is a broom, but I couldn’t find a dustpan. • I left my MacBook charging while removing the key card (which turns off the electricity) when going to the beach. When I came back, it was no longer charging. Either there was some kind of power surge, or my charger decided it was time to retire after years of service — but I couldn’t find a replacement charger nearby. • And maybe the last thing — there is no option for late checkout. You have to leave the apartment strictly by 10 AM. None of these were critical issues, and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. But if these small things were improved, it would easily be a 10 out of 10 stay!

Beautiful panoromic view and great amenities

First time in Croatia and we chose this location since it’s calmer than Split.. great beachfront property and breakfast. Apartment is huge and modern and clean. Very comfortable and a beautiful panoramic view. Definitely recommend this place if you want access to a clean and calmer beach and a peaceful beautiful stay. Staff was also wonderful, punctual and helpful. ☺️

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. Lovely beachfront vacation

The location, apartment and Petra who welcomed us were perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend it. Restaurant Cibus is also great. Do not look further if you are looking for beachfront, modern accommodation with great service. We are looking forward to come back.

Amazing Sea facing Apartments

The location is amazing. Service mindset of staff and timeliness of resolution are big plus for all customers. Quality of rooms and family-friendly place.

Breakfast time is a bit too late in the morning. No vegetarian or vegan food options in a hotel restaurant. The swimming pool is closed in winter & and spring until April 30th every year.

Luxurious apartment on the beach

Great location right on the beach. We had breakfast included in the restaurant next door with meat & cheese platter croissants and freshly cooked eggs of your choice which was also absolutely fabulous. Clean and luxurious apartment, great shower bed and kitchen, a perfect place to stay.

Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at VIPoApartments! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the lady in charge was excellent; she responded quickly to every message and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the hot water, but it was resolved very promptly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Since the pool was closed for the season, they thoughtfully prepared the spa jacuzzi for us, which was such a relaxing treat. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options — we could order whatever we wanted, and everything was fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant on-site was absolutely perfect; we ended up dining there most of the time because the food was just that incredible! Every dish was prepared with care and tasted amazing. The customer service across the board was consistently top-notch. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We truly can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend VIPoApartments to anyone looking for a peaceful and delightful getaway.

Perfect vacation!

We had an excellent stay at Vipo Prestige Apartments! The apartment was beautiful and spaceous with 2 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, kitchen and living space and a large balcony with a lovely sea view. Everything was in perfect condition, modern and clean. A parking carage was also free of charge. There was a small beautiful pool, but used is only once as the hotel is right next to a great pebble beach with sun chairs. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Had breakfast once; it was made to order, and the food was wonderful. High recommendations!

Everything was perfect. Only small negative for some might be the location, which was a bit on the outskirts. But for us it was perfect, as it was peaceful and it was easy to make excurions to near by towns and countryside with our rental car.

Quiet and convenient

Located right on the beach, our studio apartment was small, but clean and comfortable. The small gym on site is great if you want to stay fit while on holidays! Free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. Easy access from Split by bus 60 and several supermarkets nearby make the location extra convenient.

Coffee was provided, but no tea or other cooking basics such as salt and oil, which would have been very much appreciated.

The hotel is very comfortable. Everything attached in the description of the hotel is reliable. There are no surprises- nothing unexpected happened. Inside the apartment there is a lot of space and freedom. Everywhere very clean, especially if it is about the living areas - cages, garden and the place around the pool which is cleaned daily. As for the equipment in the apartment there is absolutely everything. Breakfasts are excellent. The nice thing is that there is the restaurant which is located proper in the same area as the hotel. What we asked at the restaurant for breakfast we always got with great courtesy. We did not cook, we ate in this restaurant. It was always tasty and fresh. On top of all this, Antonina is very open, actually from the first moment we had the impression that we have known each other for years. Pleasant, friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend accommodation in this hotel.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT! CLEAN & WELL EQUIPPED! STUNNING VIEWS!

WE LOVE SPLIT, CROATIA! VIPO PRESTIGE - GORGEOUS APARTMENT First and foremost my friends and I would like to say a huge thank you to Antonija (a rear gem), she was amazing during our entire stay. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and pleasant, very courteous and thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious - great selection. We stayed in the Penthouse, the apartment was 'out of this world' modern, and very clean. We had everything we needed and the view from the apartment was breathtaking (Seafront). We couldn't get enough of the views (stunning) 🤩 the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. We had a wonderful time in the hot tub and steam room. All the staff were friendly and hands-on. A big shout out to Antonija and all the staff at Cibus restaurant (where we had breakfast every morning) they made our stay memorable. The service provided was excellent! The people of Split were very lovely. I highly recommend VIPo Prestige Apartment to anyone thinking of visiting Split, Croatia. We will definitely go back next year.

just about perfect and I'm sure we'll stay there again

The property had everything we could want except for an iron which was promptly supplied when we asked for it so not a problem. Everything is of a high standard and we couldn't find fault with anything.

The property is on a main road and can be noisy and church bells ring regularly in the early morning but nothing that ear plugs won't solve as I am a light sleeper.

everything is new and good quality, nice swimming pool, friendly staff - we got great recommendation for a local olive oil, underground parking lot is a relief form sun when you need to drive your car. Close to Omis, where you can enjoy some extreme sports! Really nice beach with literally no people, beautiful sunset point, nice restaurant in the complex. great chill.

I would call it Croatian problem :) and you will meet this in many appartments in Croatia. it's road, so yes, you will hear cars passing by. But when you close windows and probably you will at night and turn on AC, you won't be bothered.
