I highly recommend Podstrana Luxury Rooms

Podstrana Luxury Rooms is by far my favourite place to stay in Croatia. Ante has been an absolutely wonderful host over the years — always welcoming and attentive. We’ve now returned with my husband for the fourth time, and every stay has been exceptional. The accommodation is spotless, modern, and offers breathtaking sea views. 20 metres distance from bed to the seaside. The location is ideal — situated on a beautiful seaside promenade that stretches from the Le Meridien Hotel to Grbavac. The path was renovated two years ago and is perfect for walking or jogging while enjoying the coastal scenery. Nearby, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés offering both local and international cuisine, and there are two supermarkets just a 5-minute walk away. It’s also conveniently located — only 20–25 minutes by car to Split city centre and around 45 minutes to Split Airport (Uber is easily available). The beach is pebbly but very accessible and safe — suitable for both adults and children. One of my personal highlights is enjoying breakfast with the most stunning sea view. I highly recommend Podstrana Luxury Rooms

Internet connection was bad. There was no connection in my room. I needed to attend meetings and ended up using mobile data. Property needs a stronger repeater to provide stable connection.

Best Holiday Ever

Amazing little apartment, right on the beach side. The view is incredible. The room has everything you could possibly need for your holiday, including generous supplies of coffee, tea and sugar. Every thing is neat and modern. Ante, his family and staff are amazing and super-attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, including cold meats, fruits, nuts, breads, yoghurt, juices and cakes. Cannot emphasize enough how great the location is. You literally walk out of your room onto the beach, with your own private deck chairs and umbrellas. This was the best holiday home we ever stayed at. Will definitely come back again.

Exceptional place

The place was very nice. It is comfortable, right at the beach, you can get umbrellas and lounge chairs for free. It is clean, staff is very friendly and try to make sure that you have a very nice stay. Location is also good, because it is close to Split, but still quite peaceful if you want to relax. There are multiple restaurants around that are reasonably priced. We absolutely loved it there!

Only thing - wifi in our room was quite bad, so maybe more routers in the house should be considered, but this is a very minor thing for improvement and it does not affect our score at all, because it is such a small thing.

Room very cozy with amazing view on the beach, litterally 10 m from the room. Very good breakfast. The location is perfect, in a quite area close to the center of split. The owner is very kind and happy to help with everything. Definitely would recommend it!

Wonderful apartment right on the beach

Spacious, modern, elegant, spotlessly clean, constant hot water, good wifi, hairdryer in bathroom, lots of cupboard space, little kitchenette with hob, sink and spacious fridge, fantastic air conditioning (lovely for cooling down on a hot beach afternoon and then going back out again!) your own sun loungers and umbrella directly outside the apartment, outdoor rattan furniture and outdoor table and chairs on your private terrace, excellent breakfast with lots of choice overlooking the sea, how close the sea is to the apartment, the spectacular sunsets. And finally, Ante and Vanessa who run Beach Mediteran were such fantastic hosts. They looked after us like royalty and nothing was too much trouble.

Ein großes Dankeschön an unseren Gastgeber Ante für das Zimmer-Upgrade und den Extra-Service. Sehr freundliches Personal, Grüße auch an Jana. Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit Küche und Kühlschrank, tolle Terrasse mit Garten und direktem Meerblick und der Meerzugang wird nur durch einen neu errichteten Rad- und Gehweg getrennt. Schirm und Liegen sind inklusive. Sehr gutes Frühstück und köstlicher Kaffee. Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder 😊
