Good apartments with pool

Overall, we liked the apartments. There was a place to park the car, the room was on the ground floor with a terrace, and there was a pool.

Regarding the drawbacks, the terrace itself had no shade from the sun, making it unusable from morning to evening. Additionally, there were many insects on the terrace, and no measures were taken to control them. As for the breakfast included in the room rate, it was monotonous.

We had a lovely stay

Overall our stay was very good, location near the beach, villa was very clean, you can use the pool jacuzzi and sauna. We needed help from staff and they were quick to respond and help was given. The villa has its own restaurant Amigos where the reception is, nice food and they also offer free sunbeds for guests. There are bars and other restaurants in the area, if you are looking for a beach holiday, lounging by the pool and use of jacuzzi and sauna then this villa is for perfect. If you want to explore this may not be the location for you due to bad traffic in the area, or start your trip very early in the morning or at night - less traffic.

Would recommend providing varied breakfast, and complimentary bottle of water in the villa especially when guests arrived late as nearby supermarkets closes at 9PM and 10PM. We arrived late one night and had to buy from reception 4 euros a bottle. The reception is located in the restaurant Amigos you have to go there to check in/out. Although the area seems quiet and there are cctvs outside, we felt that anyone could just walk in and out of the villa as there are no reception and doors are not locked. Main transportation recommended is bus however the main road in Podstrana is very busy and heavy traffic. If you are going to Split expect severe traffic from 10AM expect 2 hours traffic to get to the first stop from the bus stop! Beware of taxis as they tried to charge us 30 euros from Mall of Split to the villa for two person. We found Bolt very convenient when travelling at night and it works out cheaper for us too (we are 6) than taking the bus.

It was really nice and next time we hope to stay there again.

I really liked the villa type of accommodation. The pool, jakuzi and sauna was there. The beach is just in front of you and it’s a walking distance. The staff was excellent! And also don’t go anywhere nearby for your dinner! The hotel has a very nice restaurant with delicious food! Your only exception could be going to Split for dinner and sightseeing.

They should have left complimentary bottle of water in the room. (At least 2) The breakfast could have been more variable. No olives, no omelette and etc..

Amazing seaside experience.

Although the quality of the facilities was top notch, the staff's hospitality was the greatest point of our experience. The room was incredibly comfortable with great quality finishings and the view is superb. Whenever we had to interact with the staff, we would be left with a renewed sense of faith in humanity due to their warm and kind approach to any of our reasonable requests. Their breakfast is served in their main restaurant area, a few plots over, and its view is absolutely stunning. If you happen to have a main meal there, the fish is extremely well cooked and fresh. I would recommend this hotel and their amazing restaurant in a heartbeat.

It could be a bit noisy at times due to the proximity to the road but that's a minor issue as the windows can suppress the noise when closed. The access to the restaurant isn't great by the road side but it it accessible by the beach, however, the path could be a bit more clear and well taken care of.

Room was relatively new. Location was good, very close to the beach. I received a wine bottle on the last day and this gesture is really good and i like it and appreciate this.

Following things i did not liked at all. They should improve this. 1. Breakfast: One of the worst breakfast, you can expect when you stay there. Especially when you are vegeterian there are hardly anything. Infact once the plate is empty they won't refill automaticaly. I am attaching picture of the brekfast, please chack and decide. 2. Cleaning facility: After 2 days of without cleaning, i requested the cleaning lady to clean my room and she said that she has to go to home and she will clean tomorrow. I really have to argue with her and ask her to clean. 3. No change in Bed cover or any thing during our 4 days of stay. 4. I booked a room with direct access to pool and i paid extra for this but at the end i got a room with nothing and when i asked the staff about this he could not gave me a clear answer. Attached Picture ( i booked no. 1 & 2 and i got 3) 5. Kitchen: They have a so called kitchen without any stove, you can not do any thing there. Attached picture.

Accomodation next to Split, direct at the coast (few meters from the see)

Excellent and accessible location (many things to see around), next to see (clean water, tiny stones and sand beach), sunbeds and parasols available for free, modern, beautiful and clean rooms, (working) airconditioning, swimming pool (even of smaller size) and Amigos restaurant are bonus - staff and food were perfect. Behind the village there are 500m high hills accessible with foot-paths, for those willing not just on the beach :-)

The location is a bit noisy (next to the villa there is a coastal road to Split, sometimes being crowded), but it is nothing serious - just to take into account and not to be surprised ...

Logement très confortable

La chambre est spacieuse et propre, les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement. La literie est très confortable. Je recommande les chambres côtés piscine en étage pour avoir la vue sur la mer. La plage est agréable et vous pouvez longer la côte sur plusieurs km. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un autre établissement, les serveurs sont très sympa, le chemin n’est pas du tout gênant car vous pouvez passer le long de la plage en quelques minutes. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement sur les places réservées.

Pour l’arrivée au logement vous devez aussi vous rendre au restaurant Amigos par la plage s’est facilement accessible mais ce n’était pas précisé, des touristes présents nous l’ont indiqué. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, le jus d’orange proposé n’est pas bon et un peu plus de fruits frais. 😌

Minden, igényes, tökéletes tisztaság, korrekt vezetőség, bőséges svédasztalos reggeli, a hotelhez tartozik medence is, ami egy gomb megnyomásával jacuzzi-val is rendelkezik, a terasz is megfelelő méretű, minden nap takarítás, minden nap tiszta törölköző, amíg mi kirándultunk délelőtt, ki takarítottak, nagyon kedves személyzet, angol nyelven tudtunk kellemesen kommunikálni, az apró kavicsos strand tényleg 100 méterre a szállodától, a környéken jó éttermek

Talán az ágy. Tiszta, azzal nem volt gond, viszont aki a kemény matracot szereti, annak kicsit kényelmetlen lesz a puhább matrac. Nincs ruhaszárító, amire a törölközőket ki lehetne teríteni.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, bestens ausgestattet mit modern gestalteten Bad und geräumigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Es gab auch einen kleinen aber feinen Pool mit Liegen. Der Strand liegt ca. 100 Meter entfernt und ist über einen Gartenweg und die Uferpromenade gut erreichbar. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant Amigos ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr nett und der Service bestens. Danke an die Gastgeber!

Die stark befahrene Straße vor dem Haus ist auch auf dem Balkon bzw. am Pool etwas zu hören.

Super spędzony czas z przyjaciółmi

Bardzo piękny apartament z widokiem na morze oraz na zachody słońca na plaży. Pokoje duże i nowoczesne ( jedyny mały minusik w łóżku są dwa materace połączone i jedynie to przeszkadzało haha) łazienka z prysznicem oraz codziennie wymienianymi ręcznikami. Można było zawiesić zawieszkę aby posprzątano nam pokój co było bardzo przydatne. Taras wystarczająco duży aby posiedzieć na nim i odpocząć. Basen wystarczająco duży z opcją masażów( minus basenu że oświetlenie się włącza dopiero po 21 a o 22 już nie można się kąpać w basenie co też było małym minusem ) przy basenie prysznic można się opłukac przed wejściem oraz po wyjściu z basenu ( plus za regulowanie temperatury wody) Bardzo blisko plaża która była nie zaludniona co się bardzo zdziwiliśmy ponieważ byliśmy pod koniec lipca. Przepiękne widoki oraz coctail bar na plaży. W restauracji bardzo dobre jedzenie ( z średniej półki cenowej ale bardzo dobre było ) śniadanie również pyszne, codziennie to samo ale nam to nie przeszkadzało, było w czym wybierać. Bardzo sympatyczny persolen oraz kelnerzy. Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzenie splitu (15-20 min wieczorkiem w dzień już godzina przez korki ) makarska ( godzina drogi wieczorem ) brela (35 min ) omis (15 min ) bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy ale my z niego nie korzystaliśmy. Baaardzo polecam ten obiekt warto przyjechać

Un poco caro relación calidad-precio puesto que está muy bien decorado y tiene piscina

El alojamiento está genial, amplio y bien equipado, desayuno muy bueno y personal amable. La playa está a diez metros.

La cama me pareció muy incomoda para el precio del alojamiento. La ubicación es perfecta para no hacer nada porque la playa está muy cerca del alojamiento, pero, si te quieres mover, la carretera de Podstrana a Split tiene siempre atasco de unos 15 minutos.

Sehr schönes großes modernes Zimmer mit genug Stauraum, große begehbare Dusche Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer traumhaft, nichtmal 1 Minute zufuß zum Meer Der Pool ist traumhaft und hatte die perfekte Temperatur zum abkühlen, auch genug liegen beim Pool vorhanden Die Mitarbeiter also Kellner im Restaurant Amigos sind sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend, bei Anliegen muss man sich an die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant wenden 3-4 min zufuß zur Rezeption hat uns nicht gestört weil man am Strand entlang gehen kann Das kleine aber feine Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker und qualitativ, immer frisches Brot und Früchte, was wir auch extrem toll fanden - Getränke beim Frühstück soviel man will, egal ob Cappuccino oder Caffe Latte, Tees in allen Variationen man konnte alles bestellen & auch Orangensaft, Apfelsaft und Wasser in Krügen wurde vom Kellner an den Tisch serviert Wir hatten auch immer einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Villa Wir waren im 2. Stock, insgesamt gibt es 7 Zimmer Im großen und Ganzen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, da die Lage wirklich spitze ist Wir würden trotz der 1-2 negativ Punkte aufjedenfall wieder kommen!! 😊

1 Punkte abzug da wir leider nicht ganz zufrieden waren mit der täglichen Reinigung man muss bis spätestens 10:15 aus dem Zimmer sein um eine “Reinigung” zu bekommen leider wurden immer nur Handtücher getauscht und das Bett gemacht, es wurde die ganzen 10Tage nicht staubgesaugt bzw. das WC ordentlich geputzt 1/2 Abzug aufgrund der Liegen & Schirmsituation am Strand, teilweise gab es leider zu wenig Schirme weil sie aufgrund der Gäste immer wieder kaputt wurden & es aber keinen Ersatz gab so schnell wennman um 7:00 an den Strand ging waren bereits alle Liegen in dem besseren Strandabschnitt von den Gästen der Pension Amigos belegt, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür es war halt sehr nervig 1/2 Abzug fürs Frühstück- hätten uns es ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher gewünscht es war 10Tage jeden Tag dasselbe
