The only thing we really liked was the view.

We were disappointed with our stay. The toilet in Room 1 was not clean. In Room 3, the shower was broken and the bed had no sheets. When we asked, the owners did bring sheets within 15 minutes, which we appreciated. However, the AC in that room was very noisy, making it difficult to keep on overnight. The WiFi was very poor, the owners shared a mobile hotspot from their phone, which meant only one device could really connect at a time. The common areas were not very clean and the bathrooms were very small. Overall, the place needs several improvements to meet basic standards.

The accomodation was perfect for our group vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning in every room. What I especially liked was that every double room had it‘s own bathroom and small balkony. Very close to the sea, nice view, supermarket, bakery and restaurants nearby. Taxi to Split is cheap and quick. The hosts were super friendly and even helped us organize a birthday cake for our friend! Really a 10/10 experience :)

Our recent stay at this accommodation left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Several aspects of the experience were incredibly disappointing and inconvenient. To start, the shower head was positioned absurdly low, making it a challenge to use comfortably. At just 1.7 meters high, even an average-height person would struggle to fit under it. The bathroom continued to disappoint with the toilet placement. There was a mere 30-centimeter gap between the toilet seat and the wall, making it nearly impossible to sit properly. Adding to the frustration, the toilet cover repeatedly fell down while in use. The air conditioning system exacerbated the discomfort. It constantly blew cold air directly next to the bed, making sleep difficult. Additionally, leaving the window open was necessary for the air conditioning to function, allowing in both noise and external disturbances. The balcony's description of accommodating two people was far from accurate. It was so small that even one person could hardly stand comfortably. Furthermore, a missing light bulb rendered the space impractical, particularly in the evenings. The presence of the host's noisy chihuahuas disrupted any semblance of peace. Their constant barking upon entering or exiting the building was a major annoyance. Contrary to the listing, essential amenities were missing. There was no kitchen, no available pool (apart from one specific apartment), and no in-room fridge. Overall, this accommodation failed to meet even the basic standards of comfort and convenience. I strongly discourage choosing this place, as it clearly falls short in providing a satisfactory stay.

Clean and cozy appartment. Big terrace with the sea view. Appartment is less than 5 min walk to the very nice beach. 10/10 Recommended

AC terrible very loud and had just two funkcions, min and max. Balcony looks not like in a photo. Balcony very small about 1 metre x 1 metre.

The Host Family is super friendly! Very warm and charming welcome, upon arrival! Complimentary wine in the room and a nice croissant for breakfast made it a very pleasant stay! Stunning view from the balcony!

Missing Shower curtain in the bathroom Balcony door is not possible to close properly The soap dispenser should be replaced, but it is not working. All in all, minor things.
