A large spacious hotel. Attractive decor. Super views of sea in one direction, but looking over another unattractive part of hotel in other direction. Bed was comfortable. No noise from adjoining rooms. Copious breakfast with friendly and efficient staff. Food in hotel restaurants was also good. Taxi booked through booking was efficient and good value.

For a 5* hotel a welcome drink and fruit in room should be provided. The bar was lacking in ambience. There should be some live entertainment in evening. The outside pool was very small for a hotel of this standing. Whilst most of the hotel staff were good, the beach towel attendants were unfriendly to the point of rudeness.

It was beautiful to have the marina and the 2 beaches

Overall the hotel had a fairly good ambience. The outdoor loungers in the shade were very nice.

It was very crowded with a lot of people. Nonetheless things seem to move fairly well. The breakfast was just average.

Gorgeous setting right on the water with a private beach and scenic views. Good dining options on-site and spacious outdoor pool area. Friendly staff doing their best with what they have.

The hotel is not well maintained—rooms are dated, carpets are worn, and furniture shows visible signs of age. The spa area was dirty and lacked any form of supervision or basic hygiene enforcement. Guests were using saunas and jacuzzis without towels or etiquette, and the space felt more chaotic than relaxing. Breakfast is completely overrun in the morning—the restaurant is far too small for the number of guests, resulting in long waits, overcrowding, and a rushed, noisy atmosphere that feels more like a canteen than a luxury breakfast experience. For the price charged, the service, cleanliness, and infrastructure fall short of international 5-star expectations.
