Perfect!

Comfortable beds, Beautiful veiws, and lovely clean rooms. Breakfast was pretty good too. We loved staying on the beautiful beach’s of Podstrana during the day. Villa Nani have push bikes you can help yourself to. You can then ride the beach path with bars and restaurants. Evenings was a short taxi ride in to Spit.

Had an enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed our stay! Clean and very comfortable and well equipped. Excellent breakfast ! Pool was very nice and not busy! Laundry and bikes available. Sea across the street- easy to get to Only negative was the busy street- but we still sat out on balcony and enjoyed the view of the sea!

My stay was great. I would definitely return.

The Villa is lovely and very well equipped. It is kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff are very helpful and professional. The beach is just across the road with access to cafes and restaurants. I enjoyed the gym, outside pool and inside wellness spa at the Villa. They also provide access to free bikes so you can cycle along the prom.

Ok place but dont stay here if you want to visit split

The room was clean and comfortable. The outside pool was lovely.

The breakfast was very poor/generic with cheap quality ingredients for the price of the place. The gym looked a bit neglected. The tea & coffee we used was not replenished after the room was cleaned. The shower cubicle didn't have a separate floor so the place essentially became a wet room. It was also noisy by a busy main road, so I slept with earplugs. The door to the balcony was also very difficult to open and shut. It seems close to split on the map but the road being the main way in meant we got held up for quite a while on a couple of occasions.

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Nani! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, stylish spa area, outdoor swimming pool, close to a nice beach etc. There was even a free laundry room and bikes for the guests to use!

Perfect Stay - 10/10

The property, wellness area, and the apartment were very clean. Overall the apartment complex was well equipped. The hosts and the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and was easily reached out to. Any problems were fixed fast and without hesitation of the hosts. Also, breakfast was fresh prepared every morning & fulfilled all wishes. There is sufficient parking space in front of the apartment complex. Multiple bigger cities are in closer distance and easily reached by car. The beach was clean, and there is a small supermarket to buy everyday needs.

Motorcycles, which speed at night are heard in the apartment.

unfortunately the main road is in front of the building but with the shutters you don’t hear road noise at night we would still recommend as this place is lovely

A wonderful cozy 8 night stay with family!

The heated swimming pool and the jacuzzi was wonderfully warm and we used it a lot during our stay in April as it was still cold outside. The breakfast was a nice spread to suit everyone's palate. The sea view from the apartment was great!

A wonderful villa

The whole stay, despite the fact that it is short, because only for 3 days, I estimate at 10/10. Contact with the owner, Ante, fast, at a high level and at the same time very friendly and helpful. Podstrana is an absolutely wonderful place in terms of location, close to Split, to Omiš and many different interesting corners of Central Dalmatia. The apartment was clean, well-kept, we had a great view from the balcony. The whole facility is basically well thought out, the outdoor and indoor swimming pool are undoubtedly its advantages, but our biggest surprise was the well-prepared other aspects, such as a laundry room with a dryer, bicycle rental with a helmet, grill, etc. This place has great potential and we write it on our list for recommendation to others. Fantastic breakfasts, good selection and everything tasty, it would only be nice if there was a larger selection of vegetables / fruits and something for vegans. Either way, it was a great stay.

a perfect place to stay while visiting Split if you want a quieter location.

everything was perfect - the location, proximity to the beach, the amenities. it has two pools - one indoor with a jacuzzi and a sauna and one outside with sunbeds and a sea view. the rooms, as the whole villa, is modern, nicely furbished. rooms have balconies with sea views, air conditioning, a small fridge and a big private bathroom. there is available free parking in the yard and next to it. all in all a perfect place to stay right next to the beaches in a quiet location not too far away from Split.

Incredible apartments and beautifully appointed.

If I could award 6 stars I would. Everything was absolutely stunning. The Cleanliness was exceptional. The cleaner Jasna is a lovely lady and very helpful and does not stop cleaning. Every time we saw her she was busy working away. The facilities that they offer outside your apartment are second to non. Beautiful outside BBQ area. Fully equiped and available for guests use. Also the Laundry facilities and they even provide all the washing pods and drying area. The Outside pool is pristine and very well looked after. We all thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and different things appeared on the buffet every day and we were there for 11 nights. Could not find fault anywhere.

The noise from the main road when you are relaxing by the pool was sometimes an issue but did not spoil our days. We were so close to the beach - just across the road -and the beaches along the sea front are so clean and safe.

Perfect!

We had fantastic time at Villa Nani. Ante and his team were very kind and helpful during our stay. The whole property is extremely clean and well equipped. There was plenty of choice for breakfast (we stayed 2 nights and we had some small variations for breakfast which was very pleasant) There are couple of restaurants nearby (they can be reached of by walking on the beach (20 min) or by car (2min)) and a small supermarket just across the street. To sum up - perfect!

Enjoy this luxurious experience

The apartment and the balcony were very spacious, clean and modern. All facilities you could wish for were there. Breakfast was very abundant and we were even asked if we had any special wishes for breakfast. The service by the staff was exceptional. The owner and the staff made us really feel at home. The summer season was coming to an end, so only a few guests were there. We practically had all facilities just for ourselves.

The villa is located on a busy road, so it can get noisy when sitting on the balcony or the outside pool. Not many restaurants close by.

Perfect fresh place with wonderful owners

well i liked everything from this place , sheets , room, bathroom, balcony everything was clean and new, i liked everything, breakfast pretty manathonical but it is really good and even got Nutella :) outside pool is pretty cold so go there with 30+ temp outside it is pooring cold water every 20min so it stays cool my girlfriend liked so all and all all good lots of places to sit or lie so dont worry about that. near outside pool there is parked bikes and really... really nice place to bbq some food it has fire place , a lounge with tv so really cool place ti sit in the evening. inside pool is not too big but it also has a jakuzzi with sauna that makes this place just perfect. inside rooms all was good tv worked perfectly and from balcony there was a sea view

i was satisfied with everytginh in this hotel, maybe i would change under beds lightning from bulbs to LED stripes becouse when bulbs got hot they makes alot of noise but this is just my opinion how to make it 1000% perfect :)
