Good location, a little away from the city crowd, not too far from split city center and airport if you have a car. good parking space. Great villa, clean-cozy rooms, friendly, kind staff. Owner is very nice. good food. everything was just perfect.

Nothing. Just a small suggestion: good to have something to hang clothes/towels in the bathroom and may be one additional garbage bin in the room apart from the bathroom.

Very good location, close to Split, Makarska and all the beaches. Plenty of restaurants around by walking distance. The beach is just few steps (literally 1 min) outside the villa which is great. Plenty of sunbeds (free).

Nice to stay max 2 days! or have as a detour!

Small cozy and nice little beach/bay.Food was good!

breakfast was empty or just left overs at 0830. Tip go direct at 08.00. parking could only park one day at reserved parking full otherwise. when cleaning room they did not clean toilet. they dont take amex (strange as we booked it via amex, but on site they did not take it)

The view is superb. Beautiful location. I really enjoyed our stay. Staff are very friendly. We were treated with kidness. Pictures do not show how beautiful it is. Pizza is the best. O and breakfast was delicious, best omelet I ever had. Thank you

This is our 2nd time in this hotel, which is located right on the very nice beach. Room was nice, with 2 big comfortable beds, big balcony with nice sea view. Breakfast doesn't have big selection, but very tasty. Food in hotel's restaurant is very good, not cheap though.

Air conditioning was blowing to strong, or not blowing at all. Location is good because of the perfect beach, but there are nowhere to take a walk, you need a car to go somewhere for a walk. Also, if hotel is full, you need to get up early to reserve sun chairs

Great place to discover Dalmacia and enjoy your vacation.

It is a grat location to visit Spilt and any other towns. Accommodation is very close to the sea. Very friendly owner and staf. Good meals in the restaurante. Nice and clear water at the beach.

More hooks in the room and the bath-room to hanging the used towels.

Excellent place near the sea-side.

The hotel was on the sea-side. The breakfast was very good, when we arrived during the night, we received some food.The owner was helpful., the room wa clean and it was comfortable.

The Villa Mario has an own restaurant and it was very good. But in the town, in Podstrana we could hardly find an another restaurant to eat. We had to go to Split.

Beautiful location. We drove there ..found it very easily..bypassed Split..has parking. Beautiful beach/restaurants on beach. Amazing sunset. Good breakfast. Bus to split just 3 mins away and very regular ..takes about 15 mins to centre of one of the most beautiful towns on our trip. Small Supermarket directly opposite hotel which was a big surprise as nice to keep beer and wine in fridge. Loved this place..we were 5 ladies 65 plus..n9 problemcdriving in Croatia

Perfect....

Perfect place for perfect vacation. The hotel is right beside the beautiful sea so guests can easily enjoy the beach as soon as you walk out the door. They also offer free beach lounge chairs and umbrellas, which is a nice perk! Great sea view and view of the city of Split. Every morning you can start your day with nice coffee and breakfast served in the lobby or on the hotel terrace. The hotel staff is very friendly. Grocery store Ribola is just across the street from the villa. Bus stop to Split or to Omiš is near by. Very convenient location to enjoy and relax while on vacation or just to take a short break from the city life.

Die Lage, direkt am Wasser, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, das Abendessen. Das Sonnenschirme und Liegen inklusive waren.

Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, was mit ein paar kleinen Änderungen auch machbar wäre. Die Geruchsbelästigung der Dusche müsste dauerhaft beseitigt werden.

Nettes, bodenständiges Hotel in Toplage

Eine sensationelle Lage direkt am Meer. Wir waren in einem Bungalow mit kleinem Garten und direktem Ausblick zum Meer in wenigen Metern Entfernung mit sehr viel Privatsphäre. Frühstück war gut. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, teilweise deutsch sprechend. Eine sehr liebe und herzliche Reinigungskraft, die uns die Pflanzen im Garten vorgestellt hat. 😊 Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war sehr gut.

Wie waren zu zweit und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft liegt fantastisch direkt am Meer. Der Chef, die Bedienungen und alle weiteren Angestellten sind sehr nett. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.. und freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.🤗

Gute Lage, Verbesserungen erwünscht

Die lage ist super, der Strand sauber.

Der Frühstück war jeden Morgen das gleiche, keine Abwechslung, das Essen fehlte auch immer wieder und man müsste immer danach fragen. Wir buchten das deluxe Zimmer,, sahen aber keinen Unterschied zu den normalen Zimmern.

Alles war wunderbar! Schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer! Sehr nette Gastgeber, gutes Frühstück und sehr schöner Strand mit gratis Liegen! Busstation 170 m entfernt, und Lebensmittel Geschäft genau gegenüber! Wir können nur weiterempfehlen.

Bardzo dobra komunikacja pomiędzy strefą zamieszkania a plażą. Dostęp do dobrej jakości leżaków , które są własnością obiektu. Bezproblemowe parkowanie auta , tuż obok budynku. Spokojna okolica , piękne widoki. Bardzo dobra obsługa , pyszne śniadania.
