it was perfect

The room was spotless and everything was brand new. The view was amazing from the terrace. The building is situated on the beachfront, with free sunbeds. Petra, the receptionist, was really kind, she was available 24/7, helped us out whenever we needed her. The breakfast was delicious, the food was the same, but there were a lot to choose from, so we could eat a little differently every day. We travelled by car end we could park (for free) on the top of the building. All in all, Stella Maris is worth the money, would recommend!

Highly recommended

The room was clean and modern. Beachfront location, it is lovely to wake up to the sounds of the sea. Staff is helpful and friendly. Free parking was available. Sun beds and sun umbrellas were free.

Pobyt przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Było wszystko o czym marzyliśmy, duży, wygodny pokój z tarasem.

Lokalizacja idealna nad samym brzegiem morza. Można było wyjść w kostiumie i od razu wskoczyć do wody.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Wunderschön und nur zu empfehlen

Es war perfekt. Tolle Zimmer, wunderschöne Aussicht und extrem nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Man durfte Liegen und Sonnenschirme ausleihen was sehr praktisch war.

Hotel nuevo!!!

La ubicacion es espectacular, frente al mar y playa muy agradable. Muy linda zona para caminar al borde del mar y tambien muy facil para visitar el centro de Split. Muy buen desayuno en estaurante proximo al hotel. Instalaciones nuevas y modernas.

Prachtig rustig gelegen hotel direct aan zee!

Stella Maris is een prachtig nieuw gelegen hotel, direct aan het water. Wij hadden een kamer op de derde verdieping, met prachtig balkon en schitterend uitzicht op zee. Ligbedden, parasols, subs, snorkelspullen, luchtbedden kon je zelf pakken om daar mee naar het kiezelstrand te gaan dat direct tegenover Stella Maris is gelegen. Gratis parkeerplaatsen zijn voor het hotel aanwezig. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam!! Het ontbijt is prima geregeld in het op loopafstand gelegen Cibus iets verderop aan de boulevard. Stella Maris wordt nog mooier als boven op het dak het zwembad klaar is (waarschijnlijk volgend jaar) Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we heel graag hier weer terug!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein modernes und hochwertiges neues Haus; eigene Parkplätze; sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer; top ausgestattet ; sehr bequemes Bett; komplette Meersicht ,sogar vom Bett aus; schöner Balkon, direkter Zugang zum Strand mit der freien Entnahme von Strandliegen und Sonnenschirm; wir durften das Zimmer an unserem Abreisetag nach unserem Belieben noch kostenfrei benutzen,was wir sehr toll fanden !

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen und sehr neuen Apartment, insgesamt absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr moderne Zimmer, top Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und mehreren Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt, es war jedoch auch nicht abwechslungsreich und bot nur eine „Basic“ Auswahl. Zudem ist der Kaffee leider nicht wirklich zu empfehlen.

Perfekte Auszeit am Meer

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Balkon und Ausblick waren wirklich toll und auch die Lage war sehr gut (direkt am Meer, tolle Restaurants, Supermärkte gleich in der Nähe, schöne Laufstrecken etc). Das Person war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns toll geholfen. Man konnte des Weiteren SUP-Boards, Liegen, Schirme etc. gratis nehmen. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub - vielen Dank an Natalija und Meliha!

Schönes Apartment für ruhigen Urlaub.

Sehr schönes neues Gebäude mit sauberen Apartments und eigenem Parkplatz. Direkt am Strand mit angenehmer und ruhiger Lage. Die Liegen, Schirme sowie Handtücher sind inklusive.

Die meiste Zeit hatten wir wenig bis gar kein warmes Wasser. Wir haben das Problem gemeldet aber leider wurde es erst zum Ende hin behoben. Beim Duschen wird das halbe Badezimmer nass, da es keine Tür für die Duschkabine gibt und es gibt keine Möglichkeit den Boden danach sauber zu machen. Im Umkreis gibt es nur wenige Geschäfte und Restaurants zum Aussgehen. Eine Außendusche am Strand wäre noch schön gewesen.

Würde wieder hingehen

Sauberkeit und unmittelbare Sicht zum Meer. Jeden Morgen konnte ich meinen Kaffe entspannt genießen.

Das Bett ist etwas hart zum schlafen gewesen, aber vielleicht liegt es nur an mir. Der Strand ist zum Teil durch Meeresalgen bedeckt, aus ökologischer Sicht ist das wahrscheinlich gut.

Richtig entspannend direkt am Meer.

Sehr schönes, neues Haus direkt am Meer. Modern, gemütlich, komfortabel. Wunderbare Aussicht, perfekter Meerblick, alles top. Eigene Liegen und Schirme, sauberes Wasser und tolles Frühstück (Frühstück ist ca. 3 Gehminuten am Strand entlang in sehr gutem Restaurant, wo auch das Dinner sehr gut ist).

Garage noch nicht in Betrieb, aber Abstellplätze am Dach vorhanden. Pool auch noch nicht fertig, aber hat uns nicht gestört.

Rewelacyjny pobyt, wypoczęliśmy w 100%

Bardzo fajny apartament, nowoczesny, czyściutki w pełni wyposażony. Łózko bardzo wygodne, duża szafa, super taras no i piękne widoki:) Szum fal:) Na dole w garażu dostępne leżaki i deski sup:) wychodzisz z garażu prosto na plaże, rewelacja! Śniadania bardzo dobre, serwowane w pobliskiej restauracji ( 2 minutki spacerem) Przesympatyczny personel, zawsze pomocny:) Dziękujemy za Wszystko:) Na pewno wrócimy! Aga i Piotr:)

Odlično , sve pohvale .

Apartmani prelijepi , sve čisto i uredno i sređeno sa puno stila . Lokacija odlična doslovno uz more , veliki plus je i mogućnost korištenja ležaljki te suncobrana na plaži . Osoblje preljubazno i uvijek na usluzi . Supruga i ja ćemo se rado vratiti i ponoviti boravak .

Sve je super nemamo niti jednu zamjerku .

Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt, ging uns nach 3 Tagen aus.

Perfekt für einen Badeurlaub

Die Zimmer waren neu und modern, die Betten bequem, der Blick aus dem Zimmer und die Lage aussergewöhnlich. Ein paar Meter zum Nachbarslokal fürs Frühstück zu gehen hat nicht gestört. Eine Haltestelle für Öffis befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Omiš und Split sind je nur 1/2 Stunde entfernt. Der Badestrand ist direkt vor der Tür, Liegebetten und Schirm waren kostenlos. Getränke konnten gegen kleines Geld aus einem Kühlschrank entnommen werden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind Lokale und Cafés fußläufig erreichbar.

Der Balkon heizt sich über den Tag stark auf und ist abends deshalb nur eingeschränkt benutzbar.

Boravak koji je nadmašio očekivanja!

Smještaj je izuzetno lijep, besprijekorno uredan i s ukusom uređen. Apartmani su prostrani, a velike terase s pogledom na more čine boravak još posebnijim. Lokacija je savršena – odmah uz more, u mirnom dijelu, idealna za pravi odmor. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni, posvećeni i srdačni. Od prvog trenutka osjećali smo se dobrodošlo, a njihova pažnja prema detaljima i gostima zaista ostavlja utisak. Savršen izbor za sve koji traže mir, udobnost i iskrenu gostoljubivost. Svakako preporučujemo i s veseljem se vraćamo!

Super widok, czyste, nowe pokoje.

Nowy apartament, wykończony ze smakiem. Wszystko świeże, nowe, wygodne. Wygdone łóżko, duży taras. Bardzo blisko morza, słychać szum fal:) spokojna okolica. W pobliżu restauracje z dobrym jedzeniem. Obsługa Bardzo miła i pomocna. Bezproblemowy meldunek. Miejsce parkingowe za free. Bardzo polecam dla osób ceniących spokój. Super widok z tarasu.
