    It is am amazing sea view hotel with amazing sea view. We had booked their triple room with had a balcony opening to the sea with exceptional views. However, despite booking the stay and also one of the higher category rooms they asked us to pay 20 euros for parking! While booking the stay the property is listed as sea with parking available. Only when we were checking in we were asked to pay 20 euros for using their parking I personally felt it was an outrageous request to ask your guests to pay for using their parking. The breakfast was fairly ok too.

    Hotel Split overlooks the sea and it is beautiful. Great inside or outside breakfast area and the food was excellent. Unfortunately our stay was in April and not all of the facilities were open. Close to other restaurants and small stores. Clean rooms.

    Split area is expensive. I stayed in the hotel in the low season and the cost was affordable. The room is large enough. Nice balcony with a beautiful sunset. 3 breakfast options were not the greatest but filling.

    The location is not very nice and it’s too far from Split and has very little to do in the location of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but to make any adjustments to the air conditioning you have to call reception. The only restaurant in the hotel available in the evening had the same menu each evening and didn’t appeal to me. If you like the more exotic fish dishes then its fine.
