Not a 4 stars hotel

The hotel was clean and the location is really nice. It is calm and you are very close to the sea.

It is rated as 4 star hotel, so if you have this as reference you will be very disappointed. The rooms are very small, specially the bathroom. If you are tall or big you will be in trouble. It is not easy to move around. The breakfast was as in a 1 star hotel or worse. I cannot understand how this hotel is rated as 4 stars. Furthermore, it was Easter so we wanted to spend the day outside as much as possible. To our surprise, breakfast was only available from 9-10.. I would have liked to know this before booking it.

A really enjoyable stay overall

Clean with professional staff. Close to public transport, beach and restaurants. Special mention and thanks goes to Jelica who was not only professional, but provided great advice and service during our time there. Thank you Jelica 🙂

The room we had was comfortable and clean, however , bedroom could have been bigger and shower was too small.

Podstrana Stay

Fantastic location on the beach, nice balcony to relax. Really helpful staff helped us with late check in, great communication. Olive Garden restaurant amazing for dinner right at the sea. Highly recommend

A little close to the road but didn't bother us. Bus stop a few steps away and easy to get Uber which is actually a plus.

Amazing! but lacking roomservice/housekeeping

The reception staff was amazing, very friendly and willing to help with what ever. The pool area and restaurant were amazing.

The only downside to our stay was that the roomservice was poor to say the least. They made the bed, vacuumed the floor and gave us new sets of towels. They took the trash out twice (we stayed for 7 days), never changed the sheets, and we never got a refill of soap/shampoo. I asked the reception and the friendly lady there told me all those things where mandatory every day (new soap, fresh sheets and towels, trash removed) So therefore, the only people/person at fault is the roomservice/housekeeping

Mooi hotel op een steenworp van het strand.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, aangenaam ontbijt, fijne locatie vlakbij de zee. We hadden de kamer helemaal bovenaan waardoor je een groot terras hebt met fantastisch uitzicht. Prive zwembad is wel aangenaam.

Doordat je de bovenverdieping hebt, was er geen trap tot daar. Enkel met de lift bereikbaar wat in noodsituaties gevaarlijk kan zijn. Kamer is naar de kleine kant

Katastrophe

Es war toll da es nicht weit zum Meer war.

Die kleinen Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Im Bad hat man kaum Platz sich ab zu trocken bzw im ganzen Zimmer kaum Platz sich zu bewegen. Es kam auch Wasser in unsere Räume da es viel geregnet hatte. Ich musste Handtücher holen. Wasser Schäden im Vorraum das sich der Boden schon aufgebogen hat man musste beim gehen aufpassen das man sich nicht verletzt und auch Wasser an der Decke neben dem Bett. Der Aufzug ging direckt zu unserem Vorraum und jeder konnte einfach rauf fahren. Gewisse Leute waren sehr neugierig und waren mehrmals bei uns oben auch wenn die Etage eigentlich uns gehört hatte. Ich habe es gemeldet nichts wurde unternommen. Zu den unteren Parkplätzen kam ich gar nicht da ich mit meinem Auto aufgesessen bin musste daher die steile Zufahrt zurück fahren. So konnte ich nur oben stehen und das ganz hinten da das Auto zu lang war für die Parkplätze. Fremde Leute setzten sich zu uns in die Pool Anlage und haben ihr Eis gegessen oder sonst was da die Türe immer offen stand. Wir haben keinen Preisnachlass bzw Geld für diese Umstände zurück bekommen. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Puiku! Dar kartą sugrįžtume!

Gera lokacija, miesto autobusu pasiekiamas Splitas, Omišas (stotelė visiškai šalia viešbučio). Kasdien keičiami rankšluosčiai, tvarkinga teritorija, baseino erdvė. Baseinas nedidelis, bet puikus. Jūra minutė kelio. Restoranai šalia nenuvylė, tačiau kainos aukštesnės, nei Omiše. Netoli viešbučio kepyklėlė, kurioje nusipirksite kruasanų, tortilijų kitų kepinių.

Jei neužsisakote viešbučio siūlomų pusryčių ir nepusryčiaujate kavinėse, būtinai pasidomėkite, ar bus numeryje šaldytuvas produktams laikyti. Jo nebuvo viename iš mūsų šeimos užsakytame mažame dviviečiame numeryje. Jame taip pat nebuvo balkono šlapiems paplūdimo reikmenims padžiauti. Šias visas kliūtis išsprendėme gavę didesnįjį antrą dvivietį numerį - dalinomės balkonu ir šaldytuvu.

Nous avons eu la chance d'être logés au 3eme étage. Certes la chambre est petite mais cosi et le clou est le rooftop avec une vue exceptionnelle.

Place to be - kommen wieder!

Lage ist top, Nähe Split aber etwas ruhiger, Strandnähe, tolles Restaurant (Olive Garden) in der Nähe. Hatten das Rooftop Zimmer und echt einen tollen Ausblick. Schade, dass wir nicht länger Zeit hatten. Auch das Personal war super freundlich. Frühstück war top, super Auswahl (vorallem die vielen Milchalternativen sind positiv aufgefallen).

Magnifique

L’accueil convivial et le service de tout le personnel étaient incroyable et parfait! Une mention spéciale pour la réceptionniste Marika qui est bien veillante et donne de très bons conseils pour visiter la ville de Omis près de Split. Marika est très accueillante et toute adorable, j’ai jamais vu ça! Merci du fond du coeur d’avoir fait de notre séjour un magnifique moment Marika! Un grand bravo à chacun membre de l’équipe, celle de la réception et celle du petit déjeuner!
