The location was excellent. The washer/dryer worked very well
The apt floor had crumbs on it, the placemats were dirty, the couch cushions seemed to have lost their shape and the shower water soaked the floor as the glass door doesn’t close well. The hallway carpet is soiled. I wouldn’t call this a luxury apartment.

Well funished. Close to a nice mall and old city. Washing machine available but no soap.
Sofa bed very unconfortable. Stairs without elevators. Bad smell and terrible dirt in the staircase. No complementary water or anything. Basic shampoos and amenities. Not very clean, and not possible for a cab to park in the street (tramway) making difficult to reach.
