The condo was clean and comfortable with great beach access. The weather was outstanding. The water was clear and blue. The beach was sugar sand. Sunrises and sunsets were enjoyed from the deck. We enjoyed going to the pier once or twice a day and saw sea turtles up close, sharks, sting rays, large tuna and the excitement of a fisherman catching a large king mackerel. The Art festival was in Pensacola while we were there and we enjoyed that as well. The area food was good. Our favorite was Peg Leg Pete’s. We hope to return again.

The house worked out perfect for us. While instructions say beach towels are NOT provided, this is a beach house and that is one area that I feel could be improved. Packing towels for the beach is cumbersome and all other beach houses I have stayed at have all provided them.
