The stay overall was nice. Our biggest complaint was no AC in the downstairs bedroom. It had no airflow at all. I called the office and was offered a fan and told to close vents from the living room to force air into the bedroom. That didn’t work. And we already had two fans going. Fans can only cool so much when it’s 80 degrees in the room. We had to sleep with the bedroom door open, which wasn’t ideal trying to sleep right off the main living space and 5 kids in the house. The sandy area by the pool shown in the pictures is covered in overgrown weeds & grass. That area was unusable.

House worked nicely for family of six adults and four children. The kids had a bunk room and each adult couple had their own bedroom. We had issue with the cooling our Saturday arrival date as the drain for the air conditioning has not been recently cleaned and the water in the overflow pan kept tripping the Cutoff float. One of the adult men was able to self diagnose the problem and to keep the AC running until the AC company came on Monday. However, there was also an issue with there being no airflow from the ac duct in the bottom floor bedroom suite. The AC company said that had to be a problem with the ductwork in the wall and they could not fix. So one of couple had to place a fan in the doorway to direct cooler air into the room to make it bearable to sleep. Was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience.

This home was perfect our party which consisted of three different families, 6 adults and 7 active boys. Each family had plenty of space and the garage area gave our boys a safe place where they could have fun. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of towels. The only thing we wish the home had was beach towels.
