Our family had an absolutely incredible stay at this property. The space is modern, spacious, and was the perfect setup for us and our two children.One of the biggest highlights was the access to the water. We spent so much time swimming in the sound and fishing right off the private dock, which was a huge hit—the fishing was consistently great! The wildlife sightings were the icing on the cake; we had a great blue heron visit us almost every day, and we even saw dolphins swimming right under the dock on a few occasions!We also took full advantage of the location by renting jet skis and going parasailing nearby. The location offers the best of both worlds:Waterfront fun: Direct access to the sound for swimming, boating, and nature watching.Beach access: A short, easy two-block walk to the famous white quartz sand. The sand is incredibly soft and the beach area is beautiful.The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the sunsets over the sound are truly "to die for"—we made sure to be out on the deck every evening to catch them.On the practical side, the internet was reliable and fast enough for our needs. It did cut out for one day and required a bit of troubleshooting to get back online, but it wasn't a major hurdle in an otherwise perfect trip.We would highly recommend this home to any family looking for a modern, well-located getaway. We’d love to come back!
