About this house rental
This sun-kissed multi-level vacation town home presents a peaceful setting designed to please the entire family. The unit is a marvelous and roomy four-bedrooms and three-baths.
Your beach experience begins with the lovely contemporary furnishings and simple flow between living, dining and kitchen. The living area provides seating with a sectional sofa and flat screen television. Elegant dining is achieved with seating for eight in the dining area and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The amazing kitchen offers easy access for cooking with updated appliances (including a Keurig and coffee maker), cabinetry, and granite counter-tops.
An outdoor Gulf front balcony extends your living space with additional seating. One of four bedrooms is on the main level, and furnished with a king bed and shared bathroom. The upper level offers Bedroom #2 with a queen size bed and Sound views. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and inviting cloud-like bedding. The Gulf side master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, designed in relaxing modern tones and a flat screen television. The master bedroom experience is completed with a private master bath and private outdoor balcony. There are two built-in youth bunks in the hallway just outside the master bedroom bringing the total sleeping to 10 adults and two children.
Additional unit amenities include outdoor gas grill, complimentary high speed internet and a very large and convenient garage for parking multiple cars.
Property amenities include two outdoor pools and dune walkover for easy beach access. Regency Cabanas is just minutes from entertainment, shopping and dining.
Per the HOA Rules and Regulations: Beach buggies, buses, campers, boats, skiffs, trailers, or any similar vehicles may not be parked anywhere on the property, whether temporarily or permanently, unless fully enclosed within garage.

This was our 7th year in a row renting Regency Cabanas B1, and it has been a great annual trip for our multi-generational family. We love the easy access to the beach walkover, the elevator gets our matriarch up to her bedroom with ease (and all of our luggage and groceries to the appropriate levels), and our granddaughters love that there's a pool nearby when the dreaded red flag is flying. This townhouse has served as a fabulous start to our summers for seven years in a row, and we are very grateful for it. We utilize the gas grill every year; the location can't be beat; the townhome is always clean and well equipped. We love it!

Excellent property for a get together of eight adult old-friends. Great location. Beautiful home. Absolutely no negatives. We would definitely stay there again.

Our first impression upon walking in was that the place did not smell clean. Finger prints all over glass door, appliances smeared with streaks, lower walls and cabinets had grim on them. Cookie crumbs in the bed sheets. We washed all our own linens after removing them from all beds. Not one scent of cleaner anywhere! No freshness in the bathrooms or the living areas. Carpet and rugs were filthy as well as worn to the point that they need to be pulled up and thrown away. Bath mats full of hair and filthy to the point of disgusting. How could the cleaning crew NOT wash the bath and kitchen mats? The down stairs bath had plenty mildew on the shower door. One squirt of a bleach cleaner would kill that instantly. Upstairs showers seemed slippery on the tile due to soap scum. Obviously, the cleaning crew were clueless how to clean and we PAID for that cleaning service in our stay agreement. The funds should be refunded. We left the townhome cleaner than when we arrived. The reason we stay there is for a matter of convenience. Elderly parents need the elevator and easy access to the beach. Other than that we would reconsider another unit but there are not any close to the walkway like the one we stayed in. We have stayed in several other Regency Cabana townhomes, this one left us disappointed due to the poor nature of the carpet and the cleanliness. I hope the owners of this unit will take into consideration replacing the grotesque carpet and worn down sofa, especially due to the huge price increase for 2023. Very sad to have to report these negative facts to you. I'm sure it is important for your records in order to maintain an account of what your guest experience upon their stay.
