The main level features six bedrooms and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of room for entertaining. The primary suite includes a king bed, a daybed/sofa, and an ensuite with dual sinks and a soaking tub. A separate in-law suite on the lower level includes two queen beds, a private sitting area with TV, and direct access to the pool, perfect for guests seeking a bit more privacy. Every bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and new mattresses for a restful stay.

Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.

The whole family, 7 adults 8 children, loved staying here. Beach access right across the street. Large, clean pool, short drive to restaurants.

This property had the least equipped kitchen of any property I have ever rented in over 30 years. There were no measuring cups and the knives were cheap and dull. Limited cookware. Not much silverware for a house advertised to sleep 25. Obviously, an investment property. There were only 7 chairs for the dining table and 6 bar stools. So only 13 people can sit and eat.
The property manager was very efficient and prompt to respond to appliance and equipment issues. The ac in the lower level leaked and ruined several of my books. They did not offer to reimburse even though there was an upholstered stool under the unit. The house sleeps a big group well but doesn’t provide great ways for them to eat. The pool was great and the beach access was wonderful.
