Upstairs you'll find a queen bunk room with a trundle and another king suite. New for 2025, the ground floor has been transformed into a vibrant hangout space with two lounging areas, flat-screen TVs, a ping pong table, foosball, kitchenette, extra fridge, and six queen bunk beds.

Booking Details:
* Pool heating available: $55/day
Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.
* Pet-friendly with approval: $200/pet (non-shedding dogs only; limit 2)
* Unauthorized pets: $500 penalty per pet
*Golf Cart 4 person/ $450.00/Weekly

Beautiful home. Loved the pool. Did have to heat it. Kitchen did not have any bowls to make a large salad or mix up batter for pancakes. Beds were not as stated two rooms had double beds. Management responded quickly with questions. Very large accommodating home. If you do not have access to elevator you have to walk up stairs outside. Not fun if raining. Lots of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas,wagons etc.. loved the bikes too! Overall very nice!

This property is great for family/group gatherings. The decor is beautiful and peaceful. While not on the beach it is just 3 blocks away. Kitchen is well stocked, as is the pool and beach items. The two bedroom suites are less spacious than the photos make them appear so it would have been crowded if we had the 20 people it says it sleeps. The trundle in one of the suites pulls out into the hall/passage used by those in the bedroom so we choose not to use that for obvious safety/egress issues. We had from 3 yr old to 70. So you may get more in there comfortably if you don’t have such a wide range of ages.
The roof patio is a wonderful place to watch the sun rise or set. The elevator was helpful for getting supplies upstairs but since we had so many kids, we opted to keep it off limits to them unless an adult was with them for safety.
We did have some issues with the property’s HVAC and appliances that required a handyman and a repairman to come by but they were pleasant to deal with and addressed the issues as best they could with such a house full.
Some of the issues will require more intense work later so I would wait til spring 2025 before booking this property as that will give them the time they need to better address the problems we encountered. But if you have a large group, this place has plenty of space for you w/3 separate decks with plenty of seating. It’s close to restaurants (2 mi), grocery store (3 mi), Walmart (3.5, just past Publix) & dog beach(2mi).
