Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.

When we first arrived we were quite impressed with the accommodations. Soon we discovered that the cleaning crew hadnât done a good job. I contacted the property manager and a new cleaning crew promptly arrived. They did a terrific job. We delighted in the beach access, pool and areas in the home where we could gather to play family games.

The house was perfect for our two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. The adults loved the kitchen, outdoor patio area, and the many bathrooms! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again!

Great location, on site pool was awesome to keep the kids occupied. Size of the common areas was great. Need ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Kitchen knives and scissors are all dull. Plenty of dishes, loved the ice maker. I'd come again.
