This spacious over 2800 living sq ft beach home features 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms comfortably sleeping and dining up to 16 guests. Centrally located on Pensacola Beach, Latitude Adjustment is just a short 2 block stroll away from the Gulf of America, and only .4 miles away from Via DeLuna Dr. shops and restaurants such as The Reef, Native Cafe, and Cafe Bistro. Latitude Adjustment features views of both the Santa Rosa Sound, and the Gulf of America.
This home offers a large circular driveway with ample parking for easy access from both Via De Luna Dr. and Avenida 12. The location is ideal for large groups with ease of access for your group's vehicles. The 2nd floor of 3 floors total features a wraparound deck, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cold drink. Guests can choose from a variety of sleeping arrangements including one king size bed, three queen size beds, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, 1 trundle bed of 2 singles, and 2 sofa sleepers.
The master bedroom includes access to a private balcony and a spa-grade whirlpool bathtub in the master bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils for the chef(s) in your group.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

As great as the house was (exactly or better than advertised), I'll use this opportunity to tout the team at Pensacola Beach Rentals, Inc. They made everything so easy which is a relief considering that's what you're on vacation to find. After checkout and after we all left, someone in our group left an item and the staff drove right over to look for it. They go above and beyond. Thanks all

The property was very nice but I felt there were definitely some things that need to be updated for the price point charged. The property management company was quick to fix what they could. The living room furniture needs to be updated as it is aged and not supportive. Some of the deck furniture is also damaged or rotted.

Mattress are Very worn!! Master shower cheaply made.Mold in lowest level bedroom.Details to address on kitchen equipment. This is where all utensils go to die. Pots and pans All made with Teflon.
