This house was recently renovated top to bottom and comes fully equipped with private pool and new bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, windows, doors, furniture, floors, staircase, pool, siding, garage doors, paint, and trim and is steps to the Gulf being on the Gulf side of Via De Luna! The house is 3 floors and contains a king bedroom on each level and bunkbed rooms on the 1st and 2nd levels. 2 queen sleeper sofas complete the max capacity of 19 people! Steps away from the white sands of the gulf and no busy roads to cross with your loved ones. About a 2 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico waters! House comes fully furnished and kitchen stocked with all the kitchen wares you would expect for a vacation rental. Bath linens are provided as well as bed linens. Beach linens are not provided. Property was very nice. Pool area wasn’t used. Owner responded quickly and very nice. Cleanliness was fair. Overall enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable and spacious.

It was okay. It did the job but wasn’t above and beyond. Online, it said check in was at 4. The owner said they don’t open it until 5? Didn’t see anywhere that it said 5 until friends were waiting 30 minutes to get in and I asked about it. Only 1 set of trash bags and definitely not enough toilet paper for 8 people. There was no toilet paper in the basement at all. Didn’t see anywhere online that he said he would not provide any extras, like he said it was posted. No beach towels, tiny pool with trash in it (beer can, band aid, etc.), no seating for the large deck. Could use a deep clean. There were cobwebs and dirt/grime on the baseboards. The rug in the living room was gross. Overall, it was fine. It did what we needed but there was nothing that made this home a wonderful stay.
