About this house rental
Bring the entire family or 30 friends and stay at 1003 Ariola Drive. Bring your four-legged family member too because The Starfish House is also pet friendly! This home offers 11 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, private pool. Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $100 a day!
The beach access is just 100' to the west of the home and offers delightful views of the sand and surf. There are large covered porches on the south side of the home facing the Gulf and on the north side of the home overlooking the pool.
There are four king bedrooms all of which have private bath. There are four double queen bedrooms three of which have private baths. The 4th double queen bedroom shares a hall bath with the three double twin bedrooms. There are two living areas both of which have large flat screen televisions. All 11 bedrooms have flat screen televisions.
The back yard features a private pool with lots of deck space. The back yard also has a tiki bar ideal for pool side entertaining with two gas grills. If frozen drinks are your thing the commercial ice machine in the laundry room will keep you in ice for your entire stay.

We’ve been coming to the beach since 1986 with our parents and now with our grown kids and beginning with grandchildren. We have a big group with multiple houses, but the Starfish house is a favorite. It’s big enough for 5 families and grown children, location is great, and the ice maker is a big plus. We were excited to see a 2nd washer and dryer added this year! We had a few maintenance issues, but Paradise homes had everything taken care of within a few hours of each call! We will be back!

We have been renting the Starfish House since 2015! The memories we have created are amazing. The addition of the 2 oversize washers & 2 oversize dryers made doing laundry so much easier!!! The new pavers around the pool area look great!! The property management team was quickly responsive to a can opener need & fixing a toilet!!! My only request would be an eating area around the pool & on the front porch. 2 picnic tables would be perfect. Thanks for all the memories 😊

This house is perfect for a large family vacation. We had 22 total guests (14 adults and 8 kids ranging in age from 3 to 11). The upstairs was fantastic with a large center area with a large sectional and 85" or 100" flat screen smart tv. Perfect evening wind down time. Bedrooms branch off this main room for the parents. Downstairs had plenty of bedrooms for grandparents, aunts, and uncles with no kids. House is well appointed with 2 coffee pots, 2 refrigerators 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryer sets, and in great shape. Pool area is very nice. If we could add one thing, it might be a table and chairs with an umbrella in the pool area. But we realize that can be a challenge with strong breezes at the beach. It's a great house...our family loved it so much, we've booked it already for next year.

Beautiful Home for an annual extended family vacation. We have been staying at this house for the past 7 years with 4 generations ages 17 months to 88 years young! The yearly price increase was the most by far for 2023 ... over $3500! The home is showing some age & could use some minor repairs & painting. The washer & dryer need to be updated to large capacity. Most homes this size have 2 washers & 2 dryers. I've suggested over the years to improve the front porch seating from the hard bench & 2 Adirondack chairs to rocking chairs or something more comfortable to enjoy the amazing view. We didn't want to junk up the front porch with fold up beach chairs. The pool area is amazing & they have added beautiful landscaping & new pool chairs. Overall the house is amazing & filled with wonderful memories of our family vacations 😊. With the few suggested improvements the house will continue to be amazing. One last thing ... the long kitchen table & bench seating is very sticky & never feels clean even after multiple cleanings. It would be great to refinish the table & benches.
