About this house rental
Private Pool! Can be heated for only $200 per stay! (The pool is geothermal - guest needs to put cover in place overnight for pool to properly heat).
This contemporary Gulf front home has incredible Gulf views from every room and an elevator to all floors. The house is ADA compliant.
The first floor has a huge living/dining and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers, a wine cooler and an additional full-size refrigerator in the utility room, adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table seats up to 14 people and there is room for four more at an additional table. The kitchen/ breakfast bar seats six. The living area is open and airy, has plenty of comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, a wet bar, large TV and opens onto the 15 x 55 foot Gulf front deck. This beautiful covered deck has two full-size dining tables and plenty of seating.
There are two bedrooms on this floor. The master suite with doors opening to the Gulf front deck has a king bed, wall mounted TV, a sleeper sofa, large mirror, and a huge master bath with double vanity, jetted garden tub, and walk-in double head shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, sleeper sofa and opens to a street side balcony. There is a second full bath with double-head shower which serves this bedroom and the main living area.
The upper level of the house features a second, large living area with a 14' tall window wall which opens to the 11 x 55 Gulf front deck. It has a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable arm chairs, large TV, and a kitchenette/bar with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink and bar stool seating for six. To the left of the living area is the second master suite. It has a king bed, sleeper sofa, private bath with double head shower and doors leading to the Gulf front deck. Next to this, another bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, private bath, and a door to a private balcony with views of the Sound. On the opposite side of the living area is yet another master suite, with a king bed and a sleeper sofa, wall mounted TV, private bath with double vanity, double head shower and doors opening to the Gulf front deck. The ADA compliant bedroom is also on this side with a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a door opening to a private balcony with views of the sound. Adjacent to this bedroom is a fully ADA compliant bathroom/shower that also services the upper living area.
Under the house there is covered parking for many cars and room for an additional three on the driveways. There is also an outdoor H/C shower and an amazing pool! This beautiful home even has a 55' x 48' open covered space under the house.

Our vacation started off terribly when we walked into our house to see the beach filled with tractors and workers extended through the whole beachfront. The owners quickly relocated us to a different house and wow what a house! We were in awe of how accommodating they were and the kids loved the upgrade with a pool on those windy beach days. We would definitely come back to this house!

Nineteen of us women once again returned to our favorite beach house. The weather was perfect, so we enjoyed the pool and porch overlooking the beach every day and night our stay. The house was big enough for all 19 to enjoy our meals together, but also were able to find spaces when we wanted some quiet or down time. We plan to return next year. Love it.

lots of room in house, nice bathrooms, kitchen well stocked (except for lack of teaspoons). Living area and dining nice. Blinds needed around TV...unable to see it with sun coming in windows.The pool was great....stayed warm by keeping it covered when not in use. Pool toys/floats available although not listed under amenities so brought some with us even though we lacked the space. The 3 chairs on 2nd floor need to be replaced...one is thread bare and the other 2 very old....not what one would expect in a very expensive house. The upper level had a funny smell. One of the gates to the pool is broken...very dangerous with small kids. The whirlpool tub in downstairs master had clumps of mold shooting out of the jets with 1st use and even after cleaning,continued to spurt out mold. Even though providing only a day or two supply of toilet paper, soap and paper towels is an industry standard,I think a 1400.00 a night property should provide it for the week. Check in at 5 PM very late and checkout at 10 AM too early....need more cleaners so it can be a 3 PM checkin and 1100 AM checkout. Picking up and returning key to office is inconvenient....there should be a key code on the doors. Heating the pool, beach chairs and umbrellas should be provided, not an additional expense. Overall, for the nightly cost, it needs a general sprucing up and tasteful beach decor. The front porches are in sun all day with no relief. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and adequate parking.
