About this house rental
This house has awesome views and is super close to the Gulf! 5 bedrooms in the BASE RATE that has 1 King suite, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with twin over full bunk beds, 1 bedroom with twin over full bunkbeds and a twin over twin bunkbed with a trundle, and a pull out couch with a queen mattress. DOWNSTAIRS AND AN EXTRA COST, is 1 Queen bedroom and requires outside entry and is very private but does have its own dedicated full bath (see pictures). Again, the downstairs apartment DOES INCUR AN EXTRA CHARGE so heads up on that. Its $250 per night extra plus tax and $375 per night for 4th of July weekend and blue angels weekend. However, I do not rent the downstairs space out to different groups while you are there(if you don't buy it), so the property will be completely private. Upstairs sleeps 17 (5 bedrooms). Downstairs sleeps 2 (1 bedroom). Total of 19 WHEN THE DOWNSTAIRS IS PURCHASED. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and tile counters in the bathrooms with wine fridge, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with all flatware, plates, cups, glasses, cookware, utensils, and appliances to cook any meal of your choice for your family and guests. All bed linens and bath towels furnished (not beach towels) so no need to bring yours. Washer and Dryer furnished. Has all electronic amenities including wifi and flat panel TVs, hi def stereo and Blue-ray. Ample parking and large back fenced in courtyard that is very private. Literally steps away from the beach and a perfect location for your family! Pool is 12X25 feet long. FOR NON-FAMILIES, ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE UNLESS APPROVED BY THE OWNER IN ADVANCE. Special events and high risk groups such as weddings, or college groups are allowed at owners discretion and $1000 in addition to the quoted rate. Any college group that I approve must pay with a certified check and if these groups book via instant booking, your money may be returned and reservation cancelled. Also, events such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, or similar gatherings must be approved in advance and carry an event charge. This house is about 30 years old but kept in good condition, just not brand new. If you require a "new" house, this isn't it . Very nice property. The microwave didn't work though. The pool didn't have any handrails or depth markings, so we didn't get in.

There were 3 families that stayed at the house for a week while in town for dance nationals. There were 6 adults and 7 kids, ranging from 11-16 y.o. The house gave us plenty of room so we never felt like we were on top of each other. Overall we really enjoyed the property.Pros:Great location to the beach.Outdoor shower is a plus.Lots of indoor space.Extra bath towels for a group.The pool was warm and clean.Grill worked great.Made smores on the fire pit (See below about yard)Owner was quick to respond with questions.The location to the beach is great! It's a straight shot to the beach only a block and a half away.Cons:Be prepared to bring everything you might need for the week. Pots and pans are extremely limited. There was only 1 extra trash bag left and 1 roll of toilet paper. No paper towels; no condiments (including salt/pepper); no coffee filters. We had to purchase all the extras.The pool itself is great but the yard surrounding it is not. It is an unkept sand lot with a lot of sand spurs. Make sure you wear shoes and check your towels.The master bedroom has uncovered windows which can make it really bright in the morning.There are only 2 bathrooms upstairs; one is inside the master bedroom so we had to leave the door open to our bedroom so others in the house could use our bathroom.Keep in mind this is an older house with just the basics. If you're looking for space, and not fanciness, then this is your place!

No shaded space outdoors to watch the kids swim and plants with stickers were covering the outdoor areas. Kids were in hysterics getting stuck constantly. All the rooms are off the living space which made it hard for the adults to hang out after putting the kids to bed. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay.
