Step-free entry via the elevator is available for special circumstances - The private elevators are wheelchair accessible and operate from the garage to the 3rd floor. They are sensitive and will not function unless both the interior and exterior doors are fully closed. If misuse is detected, the elevator will pause for 30 seconds. Guests with mobility needs or those transporting luggage may use the elevators, and children must be accompanied by an adult - The swim spa is serviced every Wednesday by a professional company. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device at the front door with an exterior security camera, facing the driveway. Camera 2 is located next to the garage on the first floor, facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and record in 30-second increments
