Checking in and out
• Check-in is after the time listed in your reservation. Please do not arrive early without prior approval.
• Check-out is by the time listed in your reservation. Late check-out must be approved in advance.
• Lock all doors and windows and turn off lights and appliances when you leave.
Quiet hours
• Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
• During quiet hours, keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbors. No loud music, shouting, or outdoor gatherings.
• At all times, please keep noise at a reasonable level and comply with the local noise ordinance.
Parties and events
• No parties or events of any kind are permitted on the property.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be approved in advance.
Police calls
• If law enforcement is called to the property more than one time during your stay, all guests will be required to leave the property immediately with no refund.
Smoking
• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Please notify the host before booking if you plan to bring a pet.
Caring for the home
• Treat the home with respect and leave it in the condition you found it.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues to the host as soon as possible.
• Take trash and recycling to the designated bins before check-out.
Safety
• No illegal activity of any kind is permitted on the property.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed in the reservation.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
