The 10 digit keypad was nearly impossible to use- took many many tries to get in the door No key to get in the main house from the back rooms Had to haul our trash out to a transfer station after paying over $400 /night 😡 10 am check out is unreasonable

The home was clean and spacious. We loved that we all had our own bedrooms and.bathrooms Loved the fireplace. We had a great time and enjoyed the home. We would book again if we get back there

We wanted to watch the Merrie Monarch on TV but found there was no cable. Couldn't sync our laptop w the TV so had to watch it on a small laptop. Could have used an HDMI cord... There was a musty/moldy smell that triggered our allergies, but we understood because it was so cold and wet in Volcano. There were instructions to use the fireplace, open windows etc. In the welcome book.

This location is 2 miles from Volcano National Park. Beautiful home very spacious and cozy.

From the minute you walk in it feels very welcoming. Very peaceful and clean. The house is in a neighborhood with locals but very quiet and everybody was friendly. Very close to all activities in the Volcano area. About 20 minutes from Hilo. The house has one bedroom in the main quarters with a kitchen and living room. Another two bedrooms each with bathrooms in the back connected by an outdoor patio. It was perfect for our teenage kids to stay there.

Unforgettable staying.

The house's setting is so beautiful and very well facilitated. We have been travelled around world, this is by far the best home away from home. We were overwhelmed by the there ensuit bedrooms. We very much appreciated the owner's every effects and the property's management. Thanks so much. G Barnes & Family, from Australia

Just a little suggestion: to keep spare keys in the house in case the bedroom doors are locked.

Exceptional

The house itself was amazing and really livable. We loved the fire place and waking up to the sound of so much wildlife every morning. It was like living in a rainforest. All of the amenities were great.

5 days in volcano was probably a bit too long for our family. We really enjoyed the volcano national park but then found that we were a bit limited for other activities. There are no grocery stores that are convenient either.
