We needed 4 beds with Mom, Tutu and 2 teenagers, so the bed arrangement was great. We love the convenience to the main entrance of Volcano Park. Thank you for the bottled water.
The hot tub looked very dirty and the water was cloudy. We decided not to use it. I live on the island so I understand the difficulty in maintaining a home in the rain forest, but recommend cleaning outside around the windows. Most of the electric plugs upstairs did not work so there was very little light as the lamps did not work.

The property is a beautiful lush, tropical rainforest, in a serene and tranquil setting.
We highly recommend anyone coming to Volcano, Hawaii to stay at this place. It is very beautiful inside and out.
The rooms were so beautifully remodeled inside.
The hosts are amazing, kind, friendly, responsive, helpful giving you a great Hawaiian vacation.

Location is so close to volcano, it’s great! The bedding was super nice and soft like a cloud.
The jacuzzi is a bit far back and we ended up not using bc it was too cold! The fan in bathroom needs a cover on it and fridge is positioned weird it should be against the wall

Location was great, the garden feel and quietness really great.
Hot tub not in service cold green cloudy, need to know ahead of time to bring drinking water, shower very slippery, no coffee,
