Green. Quiet. Safe. A great spot to get out of the rain and relax with a bowl of Mac nuts and a drink! Extremely convinient location for volcano watching and hiking! Nice having the washing machine and dryer on location. Close to excellent lava rock cafe and gas station.
Opening and closing the gate in the pouring rain was a drawback but we understood the necessity of keeping feral pigs out of the garden area! The necessity of bringing water/ drinks was only a minor drawback as we were well informed ahead of time. Mosquitos were a minor pest.

We enjoyed the location. We like the extra things that was provided. For example; the cooler, beach mat, googles etc.
The surrounding landscape is very nice and cute.
I know the house would have a smell because of the moisture, so that was something to get used to… but I could tell the sofa covers and bed covers hasn’t been washed recently… especially the pillows. It was hard to sleep sometimes, because it had an oily, stinky head smell.

It was spacious, clean, and being able to do laundry was great. The location was very nice too.
