The breakfast was fantastic!!
We felt the description of the property was misleading. It said private bathroom The shower and sink was within the bedroom itself - no privacy - and the toilet was shared between 3 rooms. We would not have booked this property if we had known this!

Excellent séjour au logis du scardon, maison paisible et charmante. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et les talents de cuisinière de notre hôte, toujours aux petits soins. La maison se trouve au centre du village ce qui permet d'aller au restaurant à pied et de partir en balade à vélo.

De kamer was met eigen badkamer, maar een eigen wc ontbrak.

Kort aangenaam verblijf
Wij kiezen meestal voor een B&B. Wij hebben geen ervaring met een chambres d'hôtes. Dus dit was toch wel anders dan we gewoon zijn. Het was heel koud in de midweek toen we er verbleven maar binnen lekker warm. De kamers zijn gelegen op de eerste verdieping en prima. Goed bed in onze kamer. Het bed in de andere kamer was wat kleiner dus ongemakkelijker voor een groot persoon. Zeer lekker gevarieerd ontbijt geserveerd in de living. Elke ochtend een andere specialiteit van het huis. We konden gebruik maken van een kleine gezamenlijke ruimte waar we samen wat konden bijpraten bij een kopje thee of koffie. De prijs kwaliteit was zeer goed.
De beschrijving op booking.com en op de persoonlijke website klopt niet met de werkelijkheid. Er is een gezamenlijk toilet voor de gasten. Een microgolfoven en een koelkast is er niet op de kamer of in de gezamenlijke ruimte. We mochten niet warm eten op de eerste verdieping in de gezamenlijke ruimte. We konden wel, per uitzondering, gebruik maken van een keuken in de kelder (heel laag plafond) waar wel een koelkast staat, een vervuilde microgolf, gootsteen en gasfornuis. We konden de ruimte verwarmen maar het was er echt niet gezellig. Toch content dat we dit mochten gebruiken daar er deze periode van het jaar niet veel horeca open was. Gelukkig was de kostprijs voor de logies niet te hoog.
