The view from the room was on the roof and the wall, the window in the toilet opens on the corridor where people are passing, the cleaning ladies are not changing towels (only two small towels provided) and cleaning dirty mugs etc. the breakfast does not vary much, additional high payment for the parking

Average sort of accommodation but the absence of any other guests and a largely closed restaurant made for an uneventful

Nice location, we’ll decorated mostly (if unfinished)and good breakfasts . Very clean room

We were the only guests for the 4 nights we stayed. In those circumstances being housed in a small room up steep stairs on the 2nd floor was thoughtless. Restaurant was closed most of the time and the whole place was pretty soulless.

the hotel wasn’t open on arrival on time specified in a confirmation e mail. hot water in shower room hardly a flow, bulb out in reading light, too noisy from rooms from above. breakfast poor compared to other 3 star hotels stayed at on our trip.

The hotel is in a very good position for enjoying St Valery and the staff were helpful.

A member of staff was extremely helpful when we needed to book our PCR tests in order to return to Britain. She made the bookings for us and advised us. This was excellent service.

The plumbing in the bathroom was noisy. It would also be good if there was somewhere better to hang towels rather than on a shelf above the toilet. There was one hook but it was not enough for all the towels. It would be good to have some kind of discount for parking near the hotel.

A delightful couple of days in an attractive resort.

We had a pleasant room and were able to see some of the old buildings in St Valery.

There were a lot of stairs to climb to the second floor. Parking was a problem, I had assumed that the hotel would have some free parking and this might prevent us from coming back.

Hôtel idéalement placé, proche de la cité médiévale, du quai. Le calme, la décoration, c'est un Hôtel plein de charme avec une âme. Nous avons également très bien mangé dans le restaurant.

Le prix du petit-déjeuner un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé.
