Perfect hotel

Our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotless, modern, and tastefully designed, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect — a short walk to the beach and close to the center of Hanioti, yet still quiet enough to fully relax. The pool area is beautiful, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding. Overall, the hotel creates a calm, premium feel that made our holiday truly enjoyable.

Amazing stay

The accommodation is amazing. Very clean, the staff are extremely friendly. Facilities are clean and resort was relaxing. Reception ladies were above and beyond amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. More pro than con.

-The whoops while eating breakfast in the restaurant. -No kettle in rooms in our case we needed to make a bottle of milk luckily we brought our own. - The room floors are quite slippery, we used old towels provided laid down as both my kids slipped. Nothing serious, but could be if not careful.

We highly recommend it – for us, it was a wonderful experience.

Truly wonderful people, everything is spotless and beautifully maintained. A whole team takes care of the grounds, so every detail is covered – very professionally managed. And the cuisine is simply outstanding, so delicious that you won’t even feel the need to explore anywhere else.

Don’t rush to leave a review after the very first day – give it some time. Just as you may feel a bit reserved at first, so do they, but with each passing day the atmosphere becomes warmer and more like family. You’ll truly enjoy it.

Nearly perfect summer escape

The resort itself and amenities. And Maria the receptionist. The beach staff were attentive.

The breakfast and dinner is included but the service is slow and hit and miss. When dining with partner or friends meal would never come together and rather cold or portion of meals cold. Did not make it a 5 star experience. The waiting staff also seem a little flustered even when you order . Not sure if English not good or age, but really shows in service . Coffee was also served cold on occasion. I don’t like leaving negative feedback but feel this must be addressed as such a beautiful spot on the coast deserved to be perfect.

Great hotel, highly recommended!

The hotel is small, just 18 rooms. Very good place for vacation, when you don't need animation and other activities. Very good rooms, very comfortable sunbeds. Also I want to highlight the staff, always ready to help, always available. The beach is clean, with some rocks, water was very clean. The waiters on the beach are always available, or you can order online with just scanning the QR code from the umbrella. Service is really good!

1) the breakfasts are served with the menu, it really takes time to get your order, sometimes it was around 40 minutes 2) the music on the beach is loud, it can be with lower volume to be able to speak without raising the voice

Breakfest could have some vegetables and salads

We reserved room with jakuzzi, but it is not convenient since you need to ask to prepare it in advance, and usually it took too long. Plus water in it is cold. There could be at least some activities at territory( yoga, exercise?) Service at restaurant very messy, takes too long at breakfest.

Very nice boutique hotel. Good and pleasant stuff. Nice small pool and beach. Good place to take a rest of crowd. Nice designed and furnished apartments.

Nothing to do if weather is bad. Rocks in sea may be difficult for small kids. Small things missing in apartments, like hooks to hang towels in bathroom...

Very nice location, beach ⛱️, rooms, near to Hanioti centre. Breakfast is also very good. Poolbar... everything is on place. It was a very nice stay with the family we enjoyed a lot. We will come back definitely.

I would prefer a bigger refrigerator than a small hotel bar refrigerator.

Disappointing

- Was great being right up on the beach - The facilities around the beach were nice - Reception staff were friendly

- It was noisy especially in the evenings when loud music and singing would blast from the restaurant and pool area - Rooms are not soundproof so it's noisy as people walk past outside - Bright lights shine outside the room throughout the nice and the curtains don't close totally to block it - Food and drink was expensive and service was slow - One evening the restaurant was closed for a private party with loud music and singing until late - The room was basic but clean - Overall, not good value for money given how relatively expensive it is

Good

It is a cute beach boutique hotel. Breakfast is good. The bar is fun; the bar supervisor (the long-haired gentleman) is a sweetheart and a mohito-master. The hotel also has a cute little pool. The rooms are clean and sunny. The restaurant is good, the food is tasty and people like the *tall* waiter from Vourvoru/Albania make a really excellent service of a 5* experience. I see a bright hospitality future in front of him with these implacable manners and attention to detail for the guests' food preferences. The two "babies", Dimitri and the slim baby girl from the breakfast team are adorable and trying their best to learn this business well, despite their young age. The general manager did a great job there! She truly did.

The FO manager seems to be consistent in her rude attitude on a daily basis, lacking basic hospitality training. I hope she (Sofia I think is her name, but not sure) does not set foot and the tone of such an attitude for the rest of the FO in the long term.

Superb

Everything was very nice, like last year. The personal, the hotel and the food are great. Sofia from reception was very friendly and she assisted to us about everything.

One thing I didn't like, the last year also I was not glad about and it is the curtains in the rooms and apartments, for me it's normal to have blackout curtains, especially when you are in summer hotel and the sunrise is on your site of the rooms. The curtains didn't cover all the windows, they are short and the light comes in the room from everywhere, it's not comfortable if you want to sleep a little bit more one day. In the night there is also lights in the room. It's not very relaxing like that.

Very nice, modern, clean hotel. we were end of June and there were not to much crowd. Water is very clean, as well as pool.

Over the weekends they allow people not from Hotel to come inside and they make noise and behave like they are not for these type of hotels

Great hotel, great customer service, very clean. Beach bar music prevents a good night's sleep.

Excellent customer service by all staff. The breakfast was amazing, overall the food is excellent and the kitchen is very professional. The hotel and all facilities are very clean and cleanliness is maintained constantly. The beach is great despite some small stones when entering the water and the sun beds are very comfortable. The interior design of the superior double room is great too, which compensates a little bit for its rather small size. Booking a bigger size room is advisable.

You simply cannot get a good night's sleep, because of the beach bar music being on until midnight and one evening it was on until 1:00am!!! The hotel external lights and lights on the balconies are also on all night long, which makes the room bright despite the blackout shades. If you cannot get a good night's sleep while you are on vacation, it does not really matter how great everything else is at the hotel, which is a shame, because everything else at this hotel is really really good.

Lovely, quiet place with amazing beach front and wonderful breakfast!

Breakfast was fantastic, beach club was top notch and the facilities were well maintained. Waitstaff was super friendly and accommodating.

There was a hot tub in the room but it didn’t work (never got hot). Would have been nice to use it.

Great for spending good quality time with your family!

We really enjoyed our stay at Laguna Resort. It was relaxing and comfortable - which is important for some good family quality time. The sea is stunning, there were plenty of sunbeds and towels for the guests. The food at La Lobster was on point, compliments to the Chef. The only advice, perhaps, would be to expand the menu a bit so the guests who stay for more than a few days would have a variety to choose from. Also the same goes for breakfast, more variety would be nice. However, the food is fresh and delicious so no complaints there. Bees will accompany your breakfast :) The rooms are cleaned every day, thank you to the nice cleaning ladies working there. Overall, great vacation, thank you, Laguna Resort!
