Beautiful Location with Serious Flaws - Needs Major Improvements

The natural surroundings and location are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, although a bit outdated

The reception staff were polite and helpful, but the rest of the service was disappointing. Furthermore, there are no nearby shops for basic necessities like sunscreen or drinks. The beach, though beautiful, was not clean enough. A major letdown was the sunbed policy – hotel guests can only use sunbeds from the fourth row onwards, as the first three rows are for an extra charge. It's clear that guest comfort is not a priority. We also noticed the pool was quite dirty. The food situation is another big problem. The breakfast dining area is exclusively an outdoor terrace with no indoor section. Because of this, the area is constantly swarming with wasps, making it impossible to eat outside. We were forced to take food back to our room, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel breakfast. The beach bar was just as bad; some days they had a couple of pizza options, but on most days, they had nothing to offer at all. This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful resort, but significant changes are needed. With better logistics and improved service, Elani Beach Resort could be a great place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel for people who don't have their own vehicle.

perfect vacation🌴

the hotel is located in a beautiful pine forest . we like the room, accommodation, hotel position in relation to the beach, cafe and restaurant on the beach, varied breakfast (there are a few wasps in the morning that bother you while eating outside🤭 but you have the option to take your food to your room.

there are no shops nearby (but you can have lunch in a restaurant) and you can go to the nearest market by car.

This resort is truly a gem!

The location and service are outstanding, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The beach is perfect— I absolutely adore it! The entire property is very clean, and I enjoyed the breakfast options. The tavern also offers delicious meals. The staff is very helpful and consistently cleans the sunbeds on the beach. They take the time to plant flowers around the hotel, which adds a lovely touch. My bathroom was fantastic as well. I’ve already made a new reservation for next month!

Heaven for families with small children

Very quiet location with lots of pine trees. The breakfast was good, Wifi very good and accessible from everywhere. The restaurant is very good and has a beautiful seaview especially at the sunset.

The breakfast area was small, when it was crowdy it was difficult to find an empty table. There were lots of families with babies and small children. Not suitable if someone looks for adults only option.

Old resort(not 4*) spacious balcony, disgusting smell in the rooms

Yard, garden was nice and clean, balcony is spacious with the view, the size of the rooms!

Very bad smell in the room, ground floor specially. Room are old and dirty. Everything is sticky in the kitchen. Beds, sofa smells disgusting… The main problem are Cleaners, they do nothing. They don’t even fix your bedsheets. We had spider nets in the room. Hotel must change cleaning service urgently.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are really beautiful sunsets. The staff was very nice and polite. Every day we had our room cleaned. The entire place is very clean and well maintained.

The food was really bad. We had breakfast included but we ate only the first morning, because we didn't like the taste of the food and the quality of the coffee. Our first night went to the restaurant but the food also wasn't good. One of our friend had to leave the dinner because he got sick and wanted to vomit because of the food.

Everything is clean and nice, staff are verry pleasant, pool is great, beach is so close and nice, watter is warm, breakfast is great... Flowers are everywhere... Everything is so perfect, can't wait for next year to go again

Wonderful location; Sea breeze and Sea view from the room; Nice pool, beach and bar for relax; Personal from breakfast and from beach bar are nice and attending; Nearby taverna very good; Cleaning in the room.

Bad Wifi signal in the room and slow internet; Mosquitoes in the room, some space left between the net and the door from the terrace, so they are coming inside; Living bed not very comfortable; Breakfast could be improved; Some upgrades for the apartment are necessary.

Beautiful but really Outdated Resort

The location of the resort is really nice, beautiful territory, nice sandy beach, forest all around which I personally like, hidden gem where you can you watch the sunset … good breakfast but maybe a little limited … staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable.

It’s a bit overpriced in comparison for what you get! The rooms and all the facilities are outdated, needs urgent renovation…the room we’ve got had a smell of a moisture and mold inside. We asked to change it and we got replaced with a different better view room that luckily wasn’t smelly but still kinda old and worn out. This can be a really nice resort but I’ll repeat, needs urgent renovation! So right now I’d say it’s not a 4* hotel as advertised but instead looks like a 2* hotel.

Superb

Resort is located in the Elani Bay right next to pine forrest and it is the only hotel there. We were staying in Junior Apartment with sea view which is very specious. It has a walk-in closet where you can place all your baggage and stuff. Apartment has a seating area with large LCD TV so watching EURO 2020 was possible and pleasant :). Terrace is very large with a beautiful view over the whole resort, pools, beach and sea. Apartment has a fridge in which on the second day we found complementary bottle of white wine. There are 3 pools of various depths with a lifeguard on duty, so it is very nice and safe for children. Bar serves all kinds of drink, ice creams but also fast food as sandwiches, fried chicken, pizza etc. There are sun beds and sun shades on the beach reserved only for hotel guests. Beach outside of water is made of fine sand, first couple of meters when you enter water are cover with large pebbles, but after that again fine sand starts and shallow water so at about 10-15m away from the shore water reaches your waist. Nearby there is a taverna which served quality food that was above our expectations, we were pleasantly surprised. See food risotto, grilled orada and homemade burger were delicious. In bar and taverna you can put bill your room and pay at the checkout. 5 min aways by car there is a nice supermarket where you can buy groceries.

Since resort owner changed recently, they are still renovating some stuff, but you see that they are working on it. Bathroom is a bit on the small side and needs updates. WiFi speed is not constant, most of the times it was working good but at certain periods of the day it can get slow or you get disconnected. There are a lot of swallows nesting on the terraces so they can make a bit of a mess, but on the other hand its nice to hear them tweet and be surrounded by birds and nature, so we didn't mind that.

Much better than expected

Given the low booking rating and reviews we went with a low expectation, however the staff and hotel manager made our stay perfect. Breakfast indeed not that diverse but staff tries to accomodate requests with what they have (due to COVID breakfast is served by waiter who brings you what you want - we even had breakfast delivered to the room a couple of days which was a big plus for us) As we were travelling with babies we got a free upgrade of the room for more space for all

Some rocks in thr entrance in the water, but manageable, you don’t cut your feet, just be careful if there are waves Indeed for a 4 star resort breakfast could be better - but if this would be improved for sure the rates will go much higher as it has all you need

Restaurangen vid stranden var katastrof, oätbart alla fyra gånger vi åt där, fanns tyvärr inget annat. Kvällsrestaurangen bredvid hade jättefint läge och ok mat, men myggor överallt som de inte försökte göra något åt.

Konumu ve odaların yapısı çok güzel. Sahibi çok cana yakın, 2 yıldır aynı yerde kalıyorum gelecek kişilere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Plaja 5 dakika, merkeze 10 dakika uzaklıkta ve sessin sakin bir yer.

Locația excelenta.

Micul dejun a fost același zilnic și nu foarte variat. A trebuit sa mancam in camera, deoarece la masa nu se putea sta din cauza albinelor. Deși am avut incluse șezlongurile, practic se puteau utiliza doar câteva dintre ele, adică mai niciunul. Prosoapele erau extrem de uzate.
