Fun to be in the heart of the town.

It was fun to stay right in the heart of La Spezia. We were able to stroll out to the bars and restaurants. Walk to the harbour and historic Naval Museum was 20 minutes away.

The communal kitchen was clean and had interesting information about local amenities but did not have any plates, micro wave or a washing machine all of which would have been useful as we are travelling for a number of weeks.

Pleasant and Enjoyable Stay.

The Accommodation was really pleasant and modern, the Bathroom was Excellent. And the Breakfast in the Bar was also rather good, The communication concerning the Automated Check-in was also really clear and Excellent.

Excellent modern accommodation

Bright modern and super clean accommodation. In the heart of the shopping district with easy access to the train station. Bathroom although compact, was clean with modern facilities. The accommodation also had access to a common area with tea, coffee, kitchen sink and bar fridge for use by guests.

The property itself is very nice. When I searched for hotels on bookings.com I filtered those with breakfast. You cannot call a coffee & a juice & a croissant as a proper breakfast by most people’s standards.

Great place to stay for a few days

The location was brilliant with just a 9 min walk to the train station. The bathroom was also very spacious and the room had air conditioning which was great. The breakfast vouchers you get are for the coffee shop across the road, this was lovely as we got to have breakfast everyday in the middle of La Spezia. I would like to mention how prompt the company reply on WhatsApp to any queries that we had, this made our stay run very smoothly.

It would have been nice for the common area to be a little bit bigger but other than that the place was great.

The property is charming, comfort and clean. Totally renovated. Easy check in all electronic worked perfectly. We had two rooms both spotless. Great localization a lot of restaurants, caffe and even a supermarket.

It is apartment there will always be a risk to have noisy neighbors. We were lucky excellent family with us.

Lovely apartment in the heart of La Spezia.

Spacious bathroom. Very quiet with the doors shut even though the street could be noisy, the double glazing blocked it out. Very convenient location between the railway station and the port.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has no lift, but not a big deal.

Great location - pedestrian street with a lot of cafes and shops and just 9 min walk to the port/park and 8 min to the train station The room was almost perfect, big and comfort. The bathroom was quite big and light (with a window and that's really cool).

Breakfast is served in the nearby cafeteria Bio Lio was very light - Italian breakfast - one cup of coffee, juice and croissant. Of course you can buy additional American breakfast - scrambled eggs with ham just for 7,5 Euro. I think Kitchen - no plates, please, add it. With the cost of the room, it was possible to add an omelette to breakfast for 7 euros. Room - not cleaned during your stay (my stay 2 nights), so don’t leave your wet towels on the bathroom floor and trash also was not taken away during our stay. Air condition worked very poor - very noisy and does not cool the room well.

Clean and convenient location.

You have a room in a big modified apartment so it looks like an aparthotel. The rooms are very good soundproofed from outside but we heard everytime someone was slamming the front door or talking in the ‘kitchen’ early in the morning. suggestions for improvement: - try to install a clothesline to dry the towels and beach towels outside the window. that would be very useful. - install a damper to the front door so it wouldn’t be slammed any more.

It was very nice located, only 8 minutes walk to train station.. Our checked in and checked out was smooth. Tania who contact with us was very friendly and responsive. Our room was very clean and bed was comfy.

The only thing is the shower has no place to put the shampoo and bath gel.
