We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it! The location is central and within walking distance of the train station to Cinque Terre. Breakfast was very nice, and the room was super clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. We parked in a nearby parking lot that provides a free shuttle (on the way back we just walked). Just a head up regarding the parking: sometimes you need to register at the entrance to get a discounted rate. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was very easy and seamless.

It was fun to stay right in the heart of La Spezia. We were able to stroll out to the bars and restaurants. Walk to the harbour and historic Naval Museum was 20 minutes away.
The communal kitchen was clean and had interesting information about local amenities but did not have any plates, micro wave or a washing machine all of which would have been useful as we are travelling for a number of weeks.

The room is very clean. Bathroom is new and spacious
The property itself is very nice. When I searched for hotels on bookings.com I filtered those with breakfast. You cannot call a coffee & a juice & a croissant as a proper breakfast by most people’s standards.
