Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Bordeaux, this splendid flat located in a 19ᵉ century stone building, right in the heart of the Saint-Michel district. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor, with a superificie of 70 m² and able to accommodate up to 5 people, it consists of a beautiful living room, a fitted kitchen, two parental suites, a separate toilet and a terrace. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A sitting area with sofa bed, coffee table, armchairs and TV
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- Master suite 1 with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and bathroom with shower and WC
- Master suite 2 with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
Outside :
- 25 m² terrace out of sight to enjoy the delights of Bordeaux.
The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Area and activities :
- Close to the city centre, in the St-Michel district
- Within walking distance of all shops and transport links
- A few steps from St-Michel Basilica and the famous Capucins market
- Bordeaux's hyper-centre is an 8-minute walk away, as is the heart of the Saint-Michel district, with all its restaurants, cafés, shops, etc.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public pay car park 20 m away (Les Capucins).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 6 minutes by car (1.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 28 min by car (23.7 km)
- Tramway B (‘Victoire’ stop) is a 4-minute walk away, taking you to Place du Grand Théâtre (hypercentre) in 5 minutes, and direct to the Cité du Vin in 15 minutes.
- It is also possible to park in the street, but spaces are at a premium and there is a charge (except at night between 7pm and 9am, on Sundays and public holidays).
- Vcub station 100m away, e1.60 for 24 hours.

- This flat is equipped with wifi connection.
- Pets are not allowed in the flat.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished for 2 couples, and the outdoor terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy a late afternoon glass of wine. Very quiet at night. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The location was in a multicultural area, close to the Mercato and a comfortable walk to both the train station and the old town. We really enjoyed our stay at Les Halles.

Cute apartment. It is supposed to sleep 6 but we only had 2 wine glasses of different sizes. The apartment needed a good inspection by management. The dining room chairs had loose legs. The outdoor furniture had torn cushions. We both have Nespresso machines and we know bitter coffee means it must be descaled. The coffee was so bitter we could not use it. The apartment is on a small square that is a major thorough fare in the neighbourhood and is very noisy. The description says it is 8 minutes from the market but in reality it is 8 seconds to the back door of the market so staring at 4:30 in the morning we are awaken by the unloading of trucks and loud voices. We needed to sleep with the windows closed because of the noise but it was warm and we couldn't find the remote for the A/C. The gentleman who meet us to check us in seemed total uninterested to be there.

Les Halles "Great place to stay - but not in summer.
🙂 Well situated, decent size, comfortable beds, nice outside seating area.
🙁 Described as having air conditioning but it’s actually just in the living room, and was not powerful enough to reach the bedrooms which were too hot."

Les Halles The location is pretty good, rooms are a good size, but there is a smell that doesn’t go away in one of the bathrooms. Hopefully it gets resolved soon. Overall it was just average.
