Fabulous ‘funky’ basement apparement in the heart of the city. Very unique and modern design incorporating the lovely limestone walls and original architecture. Beautiful open space in main living room area. Jacuzzi an additional fun feature downstairs. Great location for shops and restaurants despite construction going on in the area.

Not much privacy in one area where a glass ceiling is overlooked by surrounding neighbours above..felt a bit weird having only a curtain separating the main bedroom from someone’s kitchen window above. Shower design a bit strange, with 2 side by side on a higher platform with a glass screen in the main bedroom, no privacy if main bedroom occupied and showers used by everyone. Steps up to the showers not suitable for the elderly or very young kids, as open at the side and slippery when wet. Lights controlled by remote controls took a bit of figuring out; some frustration when lights downstairs inadvertently turned off/on by someone with controls upstairs. Beware low ceiling on entrance to stairs to basement rooms .. could do with a soft padding or at least a warning sign to prevent everyone banging their heads . Constant shedding of sand from walls in the basement was a bit disconcerting, even though expected. Can’t comment on host as never met anyone . Very clear instructions given for access, although 2 different names for correspondence.

Pas de parking à proximité immédiate Parking (21€/jour) L’humidité rend difficile de dormir dans les 2 chambres du sous-sol. Manque d’entretien dans le patio, toutes les plantes sont mortes, dommage. Piles de la télécommande tv et box HS.

So hell wie auf den Fotos, wird es nur, wenn man tagsüber die Lampen anmacht. Die extra 4 Schlafgelegenheiten für eine Familie oder Gruppe befinden sich im Keller. Dort gibt es eine Luftfeuchtigkeit von 72 %. Der Weg dorthin führt über eine Kellertreppe ohne Geländer.

La ubicación, la limpieza, el jacuzzi y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue correcta

El apartamento da directamente a la calle, hay stores opacos, pero desde dentro se ve la gente que pasa por la calle y da sensacion de inseguridad, porque hay ventanas enormes que dan a la calle y se podrían romper. Habitaciones en el sótano sin ventana, con mucha humedad y desprendimiento de arenilla del techo. Solo lo recomendaria para parejas ya que apenas hay intimidad, una sola ducha doble dentro de una de las habitaciones , no separada, y en altura (en escalera sin barandilla)
