The apartment location was perfect. It was about 10min walk from the bus station, to Zadar land gate through the park and even to Kolovare Beach. It had everything we need to have a comfortable stay after long day out. The apartment was very clean.
The exterior of the apartment was very rundown so i was skeptical when we arrived. However the interior was as shown in the pictures and we had no problem staying there for four nights. The bedroom was very warm however just keep the door open and have the AC on. The cold air will flow into the room. Other then that everything else was perfect.
