Great apartment near airport with excellent restaurant downstairs

Spacious apartment near the airport suited our needs perfectly. The family who rents the apartment also runs an Asian fusion restaurant downstairs. We went purely out of convenience and it was DELICIOUS! It was actually a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend you try it

Overall good appartment with minor

It's a very spacious, relatively clean, appartment with a nice and helpful landlord who gave me info about gas stations, parkings and restaurants. The appartment is located on the 2nd floor, the the landlor'd appartment being on the 1st floor and Chinese restorant on the ground floor.

The apartment needs some meintetnance. There is no shower curtain in the bath tab, just a glas on one side. The windows have poor sound insolation contrary to the description and the appartment is located on the street where cars run all night.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to the airport for short stay. Roomy enough for 4.

The apartment was very comfortable and close to the airport for my 14 hour layover. It is a second floor walkup which wouldn't have been a problem if I could have left my luggage checked but the airline wouldn't keep it because of the "long" layover. The host was very helpful in getting me checked in and getting my luggage into the apartment. Furnished with kitchenware, a hot teapot and a coffee maker. Linens were provided. Also with a smart TV I could watch a show before crashing. Much value for the cost, could have slept 4 comfortably, maybe more. Good communication from the host. Not sure about location for longer stays or exploring Brussels proper because it is a way from the heart of the city. Appeared to be situated on at least one busline, however, so might work.

For this simple layover, I didn't factor in the $20-$35 (Uber/taxi) cost to and from the airport. (It was still less than the airport hotel though) The location is just a few minutes to the airport but NOT walkable. It was quiet but is on a mix residential-commercial street and was a little hard to find the number after dark. The apartment is above businesses (which were closed when I arrived in the evening). Had to coordinate to meet the host which was a little tricky with flight delays and schedule changes but he was most accommodating.

If ever in the area again, will repeat my stay at Fantasia.

Very big apartment located about a 12 minute drive from NATO headquarters which is why we were in Belgium. Parking behind Fujiyama restaurant which apartment is above was very easy to access. No restaurant aromas in the apartment at all. Several kinds of restaurants nearby, we chose Hotel Taormina for wood oven cooked pizzas which were very good. Apartment only accessible by stairs which is not a problem for us. Ease of communication of owners from emails/ WhatsApp worked perfectly. I highly recommend Fantasia which can sleep up to 7 people very comfortably!

Close to the Airport and quite spacious. Still some room for improvement...

Location close to the airport is good and there is a snackbar close by, which is good because they serve all sorts of snacks. The place is specious and there is plenty of light coming in through the large windows. We had to laugh when we couldn't find the entrance, but in the end this was resolved quickly with a call and the son of the landlord was very nice...even helping with the luggage.

There is almost nothing to do in the area, especially if you have kids. Some shops in the area don't accept major EU bank cards (only local). We also found some nasty surprises in the garbage (won't go into details), but the hosts did give us some chocolate treats as a way of apology, which was nice. The overall cleaning is ok, but there are not enough kitchen utensils and there is a fair amount of dust under the beds and some other places (not so good if you are asthmatic, like one of our party). With a little improvement, it could be excellent :-) We did find it really weird that they scan all the (EU) passports (even those of the kids) and then send it on via WhatsApp! We never experienced that before and it made us feel uneasy.... They should stop doing that (especially on an app owned by FaceBook!).

There were many misrepresentations in the description. There definitely was no fireplace or cable. The “hot tub” was just a bathtub, and the “balcony was 4 inches deep ( see photos).

The hosts are very kind people. The appartement is very nice, big and clean. The beds are confortable. The equipments are complet. There's private parking behind. Very convenient. There're many good restaurants around. Very good experience.

Pleasant and affordable stay near Brussel

The owner was really friendly, we have also met his son living one floor below who also was a great guy. The appartment is very spacious and can host up to 7 people which is amazing. Two separate toilets are a big plus for a bigger group. Fully equipped with kitchen and everything, also towels were prepared for us. Downstairs you can find delicious sushi restaurant, and many other great restaurants around. Thank you!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived late and it was not an issue as we as we notified the hosts prior to arrival. Hosts were gracious. Parking available. Would definitely book here again.

Large apartment located near the airport and Brussels city with plenty of room and all the facilities. Friendly service making the stay very pleasant. The daily cleaning of the apartment was a nice extra.
