Shower was leaking.trash can fir bathroom was very small.check in was all electronic which can be difficult for ppl nit good with technology.light in the studio was very dim.curtain was dropped about a quarter .the room they gave me was right in front of the entrance which i did not like.

Airco did not work, light bathroom cannot be put off. E- sockets don’t work when light is switched off. No coffee , no thee. We did not meet any person at all. Bravo for no service at all

This was a nice, spacious room with kitchenette. The pull-out bed was confusing until I saw a diagram in the closet. Everything was self-serve check-in with a link before arriving to collect information and then a kiosk on arrival. They are strict with the 3 pm arrival. We struggled to even enter the breezeway before then. Bathroom could have used some dusting. All in all positive and in a quaint little neighborhood close to the airport.

The studio room was great - I liked their was some coffee! Very convenient for an early morning flight from the airport as the bus stop was just minutes walk away!

This hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the beach and harbor—an ideal spot! The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly kind. Special thanks to shalom or chalom for making our stay extra memorable. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to everyone!

The apartment-style room was somewhat interesting during my stay, though I agree with other patrons who experienced certain problems upon their arrival. The decor was adorable, yet simple. The skylights or angled windows were a nice touch, though the view was nothing special. People who stay before the next guest fail to wash the dishes well enough or leave unsightly water spots, so it is best to wash them before using them. The 25-euro fine for not washing them does not seem to be helping. The electric stove was difficult to use, but the kitchen had enough utensils and dishes to prepare a very simple meal. However, I the cleaning staff accidentally took my dish rag, leaving me with no way to wash dishes for a couple of days. There was a draft I felt in my room despite adjusting the heat, and I had to turn the water in the shower all the way up to have it be a comfortable temperature. I spent a lot of time under the covers. Regarding transportation, it was not hard for me to walk to the bus stop to go right downtown to Brussels, but it was a bit challenging to get around at night and on weekends. Plus, the train station is a little far from the hotel, with trains not running all that often. The front desk is not very convenient for guests and potential ones. You might miss your chance to address a concern with a staff member if you are outside of their 15:00 to 20:00 window of time. However, the staff is helpful and have a phone number for emergencies.

Unbelievable customer service...the front staff went far amd beyond her duty. We asked for for transporarion info, which she answered to the best of her knowledge. BUT she went far beyond that. After we left front desk, she researched more infor we needed and WENT up to our room to show us more info that we needed and translated words we did not understand. Absolute professionalism, kind hearted, and showed me humanity in action.

Don't show up before 2, no one on duty until after 2. Other than that it was very clean, very comfortable and most affordable. I would recommend that you not try to walk from airport, take a lift.

The hotel wasn't open when I arrived and no one was on reception to let me in, I phoned the number and finally got let into the hotel. After paying the tourist tax and cleaning fee I went to my room to find that it hadn't been cleaned. There was food rubbish on the floor, dirty towels everywhere and the duvet was on the sofa. I rang the emergency number again and was moved to another room. It was clean but stank of smoke. No impressed with the service (lack of).

10 minutes in a taxi from the airport which was good. 15 min walk to train station, train takes approx 25 mins into Brussels Central (NB last train back 23:15) so taxi back from centre approx €40. Reception at accommodation only open between 3pm and 8pm, so our travel arrangements meant we didn't actually meet anyone. They did eventually send access details but payment of the City tax became a real hassle. Room was ok. Needs a lick of paint but pretty clean. Was expecting a separate bedroom but the 3 beds were all in the open living space. Very good Italian restaurant 10min walk

The property and room were clean and modern. We were late to check in and the lady on the phone was very kind and helpful in getting us into our room. We were charged an additional cleaning fee. However, we ran out of toilet paper and our trash was never emptied so I'm not sure why we need to pay the additional fee.

I tried to check in after my flight was delayed. The door was locked, there was no one at the reception desk, and I was stuck outside with my luggage with no accommodations. Would not recommend at all. I went to the Residence Inn and they were so accommodating.

Great price. Had everything needed to prepare food. Nice shower. Fellow at the desk was cordial and helpful. Mattress's could be firmer, walls a little thin for noise and the bathroom light comes on automatically when you open the door and desturbs person sleeping there. Bus from airport dropped us off right there.
