The location is pleasant and relaxing, the place is clean and smells fresh, but it is a bit far from Brussels Central.

A nice hotel to stay at

The staff was great and the room was clean & nice, although it could have used a couple of towel hooks in the bathroom. The bed/mattress was superb.

Good place for a business trip

Brand new hotel, well decorated. Quiet, behind a local neighbourhood. Breakfast was great including hot breakfast made to order. Close to golf course.

There was no electric car chargers. Wait at reception was long. New designed rooms with wooden and glass panels were not really practical.

Elegant but not pretentious. We will be back!

EVERYTHING was superb. It's a new hotel but staff has been really well trained, friendly and genuine. Adam of breakfast service was a top fellow. Made for a great experience! Very good coffee. Restaurant menu perfect, chicken Cesar Salad the best! Views, stunning location, amazing interiors, comfort and style in every inch of this fantastic hotel. Elegant but not pretentious. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel, hight quality infrastructure, food and service, so poor reception staff

Fantastic new design hotel, beautiuful design, decorated with taste. The cocktail at the bar in the evening, the nice rooms, the personal at the breakfast (doing the extra miles for the service), the quality of the breakfast.

Incredibly bad checking process, more than 15 minutes. The reception staff, unpleasant and non professional. You are waiting to be served and there are 3 people behind the desk, only one is attending the customers. They start attending you and then stop and focus on someone else. They make unappropriated comments when you make a remark. This is destroying all the effort of all other staff members in the hotel that are lovely and so professional

Séjour dépaysant dans un cadre magnifique

Cadre magnifique pour un séjour au delà de nos attentes. Chambre spacieuse fonctionnelle avec une belle vue sur le golf et le lac. Buffet du petit déjeuner varié avec produits frais et produits à la carte. Propositions d’activités sur place ( spa, vélo)… Belle expérience !!!

Le lendemain de la saint Valentin, l’attente pour certains produits à la carte du petit déjeuner était de plus de 30 minutes… Le personnel était débordé par l’affluence de clients et des commandes. Ambiance peu conviviale contrairement à la veille. Nous avons été entendus à ce sujet.

Het hotel is nog niet volledig operationeel, dus het zou vijf sterren moeten hebben.

Nieuwe locatie, minimalisme, heerlijk ontbijt. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Ruime kamer. Fijne sauna en club.

De kamers zijn uitsluitend ontworpen voor stellen of geliefden. De transparante deuren in de douche, het toilet en de badkamer zijn erg romantisch, maar als u de kamer als vrienden of kennissen boekt, zult u zich er erg ongemakkelijk voelen. Het hotel is nog in aanbouw, dus niet alles werkt naar behoren. Soms werken de kaarten (sleutels) niet meer en moet u weer naar de receptie. Om gebruik te maken van de sauna en de spa moet u zich registreren via een speciale app. Deze app werkt ook erg gebrekkig. Op een dag gingen we naar het terras voor een kopje koffie en konden we niet meer naar binnen omdat de automatische deur op slot zat. We moesten onze vrienden bellen om naar de receptie te komen en ons te helpen. Om al deze problemen op te lossen, moet je veel persoonlijke tijd investeren. Je hoeft niet te betalen voor een kamer met balkon, want die is leeg. Er staan geen stoelen of tafels en roken is niet toegestaan. Onze vrienden logeerden bij ons. Zij hadden helemaal geen geluk met de kamer. Ondanks dat alle lichten aan waren, was de kamer erg donker. Bovendien werden de koffie- en theevoorraden niet aangevuld nadat de kamer was schoongemaakt. De receptie zei dat dit slechts een compliment was. Ik vroeg hen toen waarom mijn vrienden dit compliment niet verdienden? Dat is erg beledigend. Als er in de kamerbeschrijving staat dat er een koffiezetapparaat is, dan zou er ook koffie moeten zijn.

Demander a l’accueil à chaque fois que l’on dois sortir du Parking souterrain. L’accès au spa pas pratique. Manque d’information comme par exemple certain ascenseur ne donnai pas accès à notre étages mais aucune affiche pour l’indiquer

We hadden een zicht op de vijver, maar de vijver was niet met water gevuld. We zagen een modderpoel. Vermoedelijk zal dit euvel na de winter hersteld zijn.

Sehr Schlechtes wlan, Zimmer eiskalt, wenig Kleider Schrank, wenn jemand auf der Toilette ist hört mann alles, keine Privatsphäre. Zimmer gegenüber der Tennisplatz, kein Privatsphäre, möchte dann auch nicht auf den Balkon. Lange wegen. Garage wird auch von Golf und Sportclubs benutzt, wenig oder kein Parkplatz in die Nähe vom Zimmer. Parkplatz unter Wasser. Fitness ist nur via ein grosse Umweg zu erreichen durch den Wasser, ist auch nicht privat, sondern wird von jeder benutz aus der Umgebung. Ein Tag gab es keine Handtücher mehr im Badezimmer. Mussten mehrmals nachfragen um welche zu bekommen. Kleines Menu im Restaurant, das gleiche für Mittag und Abend. Keine gute Kaffee, nur nespresso.

Votre description de l'hôtel est tout simplement erronée !!! Il n'y a aucune piscine à l'hôtel, ni de spa !!! Vous devez sortir de l'hôtel pour vous rendre dans un centre sportif situé à 200 m . Pas très agréable quand la météo est fraîche !!

Bijzonder aangenaam kader en hotel

Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk. Vooral bij het ontbijt. Het koffietoestel begon aan een spoelingcyclus op het ogenblik dat ik één wilde nemen waarom één van de medewerkers me spontaan vroeg welke koffie ik wilde en me deze aan tafel ging brengen. Dit soort kleine details maken echt een verschil.

L’accès à la piscine et salle de sport est seulement possible via David Lloyds club. Qqch à clarifier sur le site pr éviter la déception car dans de nombreux hôtels 5 étoiles on peut avoir accès à la piscine directement sans avoir à passer par le parking souterrain, prendre l’ascenseur. Ce n’est pas très glamour!

Personnel au top, design e

L’accueil de Michelle était d’une qualité et d’un professionnalisme impeccable. Beaucoup de personnel dans l’établissement - le ménage des communs régulier (tous le long de la journée). Personnel à l’écoute et très effectif. Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif et savoureux. La construction de l’établissement n’étant pas finalisée, nous n’avons pu tester le SPA.
