Nice property, but not the greatest hosts

The facility is more than satisfying considering the location and living quarters. Flats are clean and ready to exploit, and equipped with all tools.

However, we had several undesired and unexpected displeasing experiences. 1. Owners requested safety deposit from us as soon as we arrive, but only in cash. It is a huge amount to carry as cash, that we might not be prepared. (I know safety deposit is always blocked from the credit card that we pay, it is normal, however cash request was not something we were prepared) 2. Though we’ve paid for 13 people (including kids) for 5 flats, we’ve been asked for additional charges per kid/per night to be deducted from the cash deposit. That is completely unfair and unnecessary. Plus, it wasn't included in the credit card payment through booking.com., so collected as cash by the owner. 3. Despite we’ve used each tool in flats with extreme caution, some glasses have been broken and 7 EUR per glass has been deducted from deposit. Either we’ve accepted to cover some very minor damages, in my opinion, such situations shall be considered as collateral damage. 4. Though the cleaning fee is already included in rental fee, we’ve been charged with additional for cleaning. Unlike the landlord has accused us for some stain on sofa, we’ve photographic proof for the contrary. Therefore, such duplicate cost is unacceptable, and it should have already been included in the cleaning fee, if any stain caused by us. (Cleaning fee is 20% of the total accommodation, so it is not few bucks) 5. We’ve always felt that we were under surveillance by Landlords. They were overreactive to tell us what to or not to do every time they see us in the property. It was very irritating. 6. One of our car has been damaged in the parking area (scratched all the way) where we parked, by somebody in the neighborhood, so it made us feel to be in the unsecure neighborhood. Consequently, I can recommend to others to visit the facility. However, I’ll not prefer to re-visit ever again.

Comfortable stay at a nice location and in an area with a lot of things to do for the whole family.

We really liked the atmosphere and the location. The old farm has been transformed into apartments with high quality in mind. The apartment we rented was very clean and did come with all facilities we needed. We had access to a private balcony which was really great. The location is free of ambient noise. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Teningen is a great starting point when you want to visit nice German cities (like Freiburg) and small villages (like Gengenbach). Europapark and Rulantica are only a 10 minutes drive away.

Ruhe finden – Ein Urlaub für Körper und Geist

Nach einer intensiven Arbeitsphase war dieser Urlaub genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Fernab vom Alltag fanden wir Zeit, zur Ruhe zu kommen, neue Energie zu tanken und einfach den Moment zu genießen. Lange Spaziergänge, frische Luft und stille Augenblicke halfen dabei, Körper und Geist in Einklang zu bringen. Diese Tage erinnerten uns daran, wie wichtig es ist, regelmäßig innezuhalten und sich bewusst Zeit für Erholung zu nehmen.

Hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, eine traumhafte, liebevoll gestaltete Anlage.

Frühstück nicht zutreffend. Lage fantastisch, ruhig, trotzdem gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge und Freiburg etc. Reizende Gastgeber, jederzeit ansprechbar für Fragen oder Wünsche. Wunderschöner sanierter Hof, tolles Ambiente. Interessante Musikveranstaltungen, leider nicht in der Zeit, in der wir da waren. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!

KLeinigkeit: der riesige Schrank (Schiebetüren) im Zimmer war nicht für die Gäste bestimmt, dafür ein (zu) kleiner Schrank und Schubladen (z.T. ganz unten am Boden). Das ist aber wirklich das Einzige, was wir beanstanden, und kann im Gesamtkonzept vernachlässigt werden.

Mooie locatie in een oude binnenplaats met authentieke uitstraling

Kamer was niet geluidsdicht stemmen en deuren van andere kamers waren goed hoorbaar. Er waren geen horren tegen de insecten aanwezig.

Estancia en familia

La casa era una preciosidad, las instalaciones tanto dentro de la casa como las zonas comunes estaban muy cuidadas, había muchos árboles frutales, flores incluso un estanque con nenúfares.. La casa muy completa, la cocina contaba con todo lo necesario, incluso café y cafetera, horno, tostadora... Sábanas, toallas , gel, secador de pelo, calentador de toallas... Las camas super cómodas y preciosas. La dueña muy disponible para todo. Está muy bien localizado para ir a Friburgo, Europark, Rulantica a 20 minutos. Y para el resto de la Selva negra y Alsacia muy cerquita. La verdad que muy recomendable en todos los sentidos. El pueblo es muy tranquilo, con los servicios básicos para una estancia corta, para lo que nosotros buscábamos perfecto.

Magnifique logement à Teningen

Le logement était impeccablement propre et équipé, les hôtes très agréables. Ils organisent des concerts et évènement sur place, ce qui donne une vrai vie au lieu.

Les coussins du lit étaient mous.

El sitio es muy bonito, está bien ubicado y las camas son muy cómodas.

La cocina era excesivamente pequeña, poco sitio para preparar la comida, para dejar los platos labados, etc. Me pareció un poco caro por el apartamento que teniamos.
